Amazing!! We were looking for a fresh cut Christmas tree. 🌲When we got there, the tent looked closed and empty.😥. Two young people were moving mulch and we asked if there was any trees left ? They said yes and allowed us to shop and find our first tree as a new couple!!❤❤. Levi and Tran went above and beyond with their customer service!!

I like Lowe's because it's relatively easy to find stuff. The people are helpful. The prices are good. If you sign up for their loyalty programs you can get a discount on some merchandise. This store is easy to get in and out of.

This is a very good Lowe's. The staff is helpful and efficient. I needed help at customer service and in the paint department. Both store members gave excellent service.

Had an issue with a missed delivery then told that there would be a 3 week wait for product. But these great employees help me navigate through the issue and got it resolved! Front service desk Yakine Miller, appliance employees Luis,Kaylin,and ManagerEleine. Very valued employees! I salute them all.

Folks I'm at Lowe's Home Improvement Center on West Waters Avenue behind Panera Bread and across the street from the racetrack convenience store. This is my favorite Lowe's Department Store next to Target when I come here I can also do some shopping at the Target. Their prices are excellent and their staff very knowledgeable and friendly. I come here about every other month for miscellaneous items. Come check them out it's a very clean store and well laid out.

This site is incredibly special to me. Customers don't realize how hard the staff is working to make this process easier for people who come in, mostly the DIY type of people. Yes, it can be challenging to get service at times, but you can't really blame them given that some people call out and it becomes difficult for tt up with everyone. Customers at this Lowe's know they need to enter and exit as quickly as possible to complete their tasks, and while the staff makes every effort to assist you when they can, it may become overwhelming for them, therefore the management is occasionally take the responsibility. The best employees I have meet are Lilly, Nancy, Jessica, billy, Brian, Francesca, Angie, Jorden, Denise, Leo, Lori, and many others that I can’t remember the name of they all try very hard and do amazing.

Very similar to other Lowe's. Large and well stocked with a large parking lot. Other things in the area If you got some time.

I would like to say , the 2 ladies Michelle and I-didn’t get the other ones name in the plant nursery. We’re terrific !!!! I needed some assistance with organizing 8 planters with special attention. Michelle went above and beyond what you could expect know days . Please ask for her if you want beautiful results . She’s great and very professional and friendly . Happy Customer here 😊 this is a single of each double going up stairs to a beautiful home . The other 2 I didn’t post

Lowe's had staff that know where to locate the GE replacement gadget for the whole home water filtration system. I have visited a total of Three hardware-type stores with no results and more driving around trying to find this one gasket replacement. I'm not a repair kind of guy but with a Lowe's, I might turn into one.

I had a really bad experience with 2 managers at this Lowes. They are terrible at customer service .Thats up to upper management to find out who those 2 are if they care to. (1 male 1 female) But I gave a 5 star because is not fair to Rachelle and Raul in appliances who came to save the day.Oh hey 1 male and 1 female who are great at customer service .I'll say those 2 should be the managers.

Had a wonderful Lowe's associate named Sharath help me with a garden cart. Store # 0564, Water's Ave. Tampa. I ended up buying 2 and he even helped me load them. It was a maneuver getting them in SUV. He was so patient! Thanks, Sharath

Amazing customer Service while buying my washer. The female in sales was very friendly and so was her co worker, they explained everything fully. I was told delivery would be Saturday from 8-12, delivery showed up at 845 that was perfect, they called to confirm everything, very professional, friendly and clean when bringing in the washer. Thank you for making my first major appliance purchase smooth after my hectic move. ❤
