BJ's Wholesale Club

I really enjoy shopping here. The store is always well kept, has great inventory, is organized and they have very friendly staff. I want to give special mention to Joel for helping me find some products and help me use the app to find coupons. He was very friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. I also want to mention Brian and Randy for their great customer service. I saw Randy offer to help load heavy items to a lady's car; that was very nice of him.

I had the pleasure of interacting with a truly exceptional salesman/customer service respresentative Chris M. at BJ's Grocery Store W Wster Ave. Tampa. From the moment I approached the counter, his friendly demeanor and genuine willingness to assist me made my shopping experience a delight.

Their extensive product knowledge and the BJ’s app knowledge and willingness to go above and beyond to help me find exactly what I was looking for, were truly impressive. Not only did he provide excellent customer service, but he also took the time to offer helpful suggestions and recommendations, making my shopping trip more efficient and enjoyable.

Their positive attitude and professionalism created a welcoming and personalized experience that exceeded my expectations. I left the store feeling satisfied and grateful for the outstanding service I received. I went to the liquor store here for some boxes. Renee at the desk was exceptionally welcoming and greeted every customer who came in. I had just been to Costco liquor and another store and the reception was poor at both places. Renee was genuine in his interactions with each customer. He truly understands customer service! I wish we had more like him everywhere.

This place is much better than Costco. You can actually order ahead and pick up your order. The value on the products is the same if not better. They have an app that you can clip coupons in before you show and if you have them clipped in the app they automatically apply when they scan your card in store. The tire center alone will save you enough money to pay for the membership. It's only like $50 for the year and they run specials throughout the year where you can get the membership for as low as $20 and that will pay for itself if you shop their one time. The deli and bakery items are really awesome too. They can really save you some money . If you're running a small business or use anything in bulk you're foolish not to shop here. I strongly suggest you get a membership.

Walked into the liqour store this evening for my weekend drink, employee named edgar was exceptionally welcoming and nice. Greets everyone who comes in with a smile HANDS DOWN AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Drinks were great priced as well!!

Had a great experience here at the tire center. I got an unbeatable price on a set of 4 Goodyear tires for my SUV. The installation was included with a special promotion. Customer service at BJ’s Tire Center was top-notch and the team was very attentive and helpful. They refill propane tanks at the tire center, so there was a lot of walk-in traffic and they handled it very efficiently. They also completed my installation very quickly and I was able to shop at the store while I waited.
The store is very clean, organized and well-stocked. Great and friendly customer service and plenty of excellent deals that make the membership well worthwhile. I highly recommend this place!!

Yesterday was my very first time shopping at bjs ,I was looking for a specific item ,when I asked for help there were four people helping me out ,they searched the entire store for me

Very easy to get to. Plenty of parking. No huge lines to deal with. Great price on a variety of products.

I’d give it 4.5 stars if Google would let me. It’s great overall and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. My only complaints are the aged carts that are sometimes a nightmare to get separated and also how old everything is looking. This location could definitely do with a refresh.

While they are giving it a refresh they should add gas pumps to this location. They have the room for it. I’m not sure why they don’t.

They have bulk items at a good price. A good variety of products. They even have plants from time to time. They have clothing, electronics, food, bedding, towels, almost everything you could possibly need for good prices in bulk.

Such a difference this store has had, much cleaner and friendlier staff! Positive environment I definitely recommend

Its a family and friendship experience! I love and enjoy coming to this location. You may use manufacture and bjs coupons combined to save money! Did I mention your buying by the bulk. Been a member since 2008 would not trade it at all! Also, both coupons works on anything you buy such as house hold, vehicles, liquor, clothing, groceries. Finally its better then Cosco No reason to lie to the consumer and do yourself a favor take a chance you will NOT regret it!!💗💋🇺🇸

This was my first time ever going into a BJ'S. I was with someone else who has a membership and it was a great experience. BJ'S is very similar to Sam's Club, but some items are cheaper here. This location is very clean and seems to have a nice layout.

I come here for my grocery shopping for several reasons. First because it has reasonable prices. Second they are in bulk. Third I get plenty of coupons from them! Also wanted to mention that also offer great competitive prices on their liquors

Employees always courteous and helpful. Manager helped load recliner in my vehicle. Coupons help with large boxes of diapers for grandson. Bulk snacks for kindergarten. Love this place.

I'm always in my sneakers when I come here. My exercise/ shopping day. Walking around for at least a hour ,ohh & ahh at certain items. Chatting with other customers and staff who you know by first name. Stick up folk's. 🙏✌

Their sales are great. Using the app is easy. Great selection of meats.

BJ is better then the other membership club. The have items that are the right size for an average family. And for smaller families. Store is well laid out with signs all over to help you find things.

Love BJ's. Good prices on a great selection of goods and they not only accept all major credit cards but coupons too. They also have their own in-store coupons so BJ's is definitely my big box store!

Honestly, my favorite box store! Great service and selection every time. I have up my Sam's Club and Costco memberships because BJ's has it all!
