AT&T Store

Came in to upgrade my phone and was assisted by Lydia. The process was so quick and easy. Lydia was very knowledgeable and helpful!

I'm very satisfied with my experience it's didn't take but 2-3 mins for them to get to me to help with my needs, Melissa from the Dale Mabry store did an amazing job and good Customer service! I'll definitely recommend her to go to next time I go to the store for any help.

Had enough of verizon!!!! 20 years with them and now they are pushing you to change to new plans by increasing your grandfathered in plans. That's what you get for 20 year loyalty....unacceptable. swutch to att under first responder plans. Verizon gives you $10 off thats it. Shameful on their part. No senior plans for my parents while they paid $150 for two lines and they are both over 60. Had my parents swutch, myself abd my wife. Kristal and Emmanuel were amazing. Fixed my first net issue and made my transition perfect. Should have switched a while back. Thank yiu very much, Give THEM A RAISE ! LOL. (Alex c.)

Original order was purchased from a local retail store that totally botched the activation process leaving me regretting that I changed my cell provider. Anthony at the N. Dale Mabry Corporate store went ABOVE and BEYOND to make my regretful experience a pleasant one. #GRATEFUL #HAPPY

I brought a new phone ,and customer service was able to transfer all my info from my old phone to my new phone . I'm very pleased with AT&T.

Chuck is an excellent agent. He set my great grandmother up with a new big phone and showed her all the fancy tricks she could do with it! We plan on coming back for directv because he said that she doesn’t need to have that big satellite in her backyard anymore. So excited!

I went in because I accidently deleted all of my photos on my phone. The gal that tried to help me retrieve them spent a very long time with me and was very patient.

Ask for Chuck!! I came in to upgrade my mom's phone. She's not tech savvy at all, and Chuck took his time to explain the ins and outs of her new device. He was very patient with her and shes enjoying her new phone. Highly recommended Chuck and his amazing customer service. Will deff be back!

Kristal is the best, she had really good customer service, she explained everything very clearly. I love this place because had people speak Spanish too.

I went to this location on a Sunday and traded my Max XS for a new 14 Pro, and also purchased another phone, and added another number to our family plan. Gio attended to me as if I was the most important person in the room. I observed a few other customers and you could tell they were intently listening. I have had such bad experiences with most AT&T that it is just easier to do everything online. But this time was more complicated and required in person purchase. I am the type of person that knows what she needs, and I get super annoyed when the salesperson does not listen, continuously messes up, or tries to convince me I am making the wrong decision and upgrade me. I get it, I have been in sales, but I learned a long time ago, if I just listen first, and supply the customers needs, I may have to attend to more customers to meet my goals, but long term, my sustainability rate was 100%, and word of mouth net new customers grew my portfolio annually with double digit growth YoY. Good for the company, good for me.

One more thing regarding this store. I left my wallet there, and with ApplePay, and keychain, you rarely use your wallet these days, but today I needed my card. When my wallet was not in my purse, fist I panicked and checked everywhere, and suddenly realized my last need for my wallet was at the AT&T Carrollwood store. I called and a kind gentleman answered, went and looked in the safe, and came back and said there was nothing there. If you have ever lost your wallet, which holds everything regarding your personal life, then you know what I felt. After looking everywhere again with no luck, I was about to call all the banks, get my license reissued, etc. And right about that time, the phone rings. It is Crystal from AT&T. She found my wallet and had it in a safe place. I have never felt more thankful.

If you are reading this and live in the Tampa area, go out of your way and hit up the Carrollwood AT&T store. While Gio helped me and listened to my needs, make no mistake, so will Crystal, and I have to believe, the rest of the sales team. So not only did I receive the best customer service I have ever experienced…I am confident I can TRUST this team.

Wow what an amazing experience I had yesterday and today. Yesterday I went and Chuck assisted me and made sure me and my husband got the phones we wanted. He went above and beyond to get us the best deal. Today I was having trouble with my number transferring over and Kristen took real good care of me over the phone. Everyone at this location were friendly and nice and truly care about their customers. I will only work with them. They are simply the best. If you are looking to join AT&T go see them. They will take care of you with no pressure. Thank you for all your help!
