I started off by contacting on facebook sales and ended up getting a personal cell phone number to the sales person at the store. All through text i was able to cut a deal on a iphone that i was comfortable with. The communication was by far some of the best i have ever had from any store. The sales person reached out to me several times and was never at a point of "annoyance". Great experience and would recommend anyone to go here for used cell phones
