I had a great experience today with an employee whose name started with an M (Marcel I think?) He was able to help me get an order in over the phone, and was able to advise me when I was missing a few details. He was very friendly and had a large order of paint mixed up quickly for us.

Helpful staff. Received good customer service and willingness to help at Northwestern Hwy & OL .....as opposed to the run-around at 10 & OL.

Curbside pickup and the ability to borrow a colour palette kept us safe during the pandemic. I got great help on the phone, the website with easy to use, in the employees are really friendly and helpful. I always used to get pain at home depot but I think I am a sherwin-williams customer now.

Perfection in Paint Color Matching - I needed to paint an existing kitchen pantry cabinet to match the new cabinets I had installed. The color is so exact it is impossible to see a difference. Then, I also had a custom color created to be a mid shade between the cabinet and my existing trim...again the talented staff did the job better than I had hoped.

Sherwin Williams has a huge selection of paints and all the tools, brushes, rollers, etc. for your job. They also have knowledgeable staff to help you.
