AT&T Store

David was very professional, kind courteous and effective. I had internet issues on my cell phone and he promptly fixed it by changing a subtle setting. I have tried AT&T customer care and the cell phone's customer care over the phone but only David was able to fix the issue. He was also very friendly and I am grateful to him for how he helped me. I wish him all the best.

I took a survey regarding my experience with ATT store and I entered the wrong answer I was not dissatisfied, I was VERY happy with the help Ismael. He was very knowledgeable and patient - answered all my questions and helped me get extra products that benefit me in the long run. I do everything online for purchases but I think I will be going to see Ismael for some of my ATT needs.

Oh my goodness, my daughter and I had the best consultant EVER, her name is Melissa Saldana! She is close to being a saint, having to deal with my inability to understand technology, which is only one issue she had to deal with. The day before I spoke to her on the phone and she was just delightful, informative, helpful and personable. But the service she provided today was exceptional! She is so professional, answered all my questions and she further had to deal with my inability to figure out what I wanted, I kept going back and forth, but she kept helping me with patient understanding and exceptional interpersonal skills. She is such a valuable employee, I just can't thank you enough for having such an outstanding employee. She deserves to be recognized for her outstanding performance! Thank you so much, Tracy

I went into this location and was helped by a representative by the name of Joseph. So glad he was able to assist me, because I was so confused on specs and details of the newer phones. Joseph was very helpful and patient, assisting me in making sure I knew the product. The guy had like an unlimited database in his head the way he explained these products and services to the tee. So glad I went here, because I am extremely happy and satisfied with my product choice!

Melissa did an incredible job helping me transition to my new phone. She was patient and understanding through the entire process. I would recommend AT&T and Melissa if you are thinking of upgrading or changing your phone service.
Update: I had a billing problem and Liza corrected the problem. Very happy with this AT&T store!!!

We didn't wait any minute and the person that help us was very informative , polite and a nice guy and with a lots of patiences ( we r seniors ) we purchased an IPhone 14 pro max and we r happy with his services. Thank u

The sales rep who helped us, Melissa Saldana, was amazing. She was kind, helpful, and she even waited for us after we called ahead to make sure it would be okay for my family to come in to add the two new lines to my account. She went above and beyond by calling the online sales to help with an issue we had, and helped us get an even better plan than we already had for less money. She was knowledgeable, respected social distancing, and was a pleasure to work with. I hope she is considered for management some day soon, as she is exactly the kind of person I would love to see managing my local ATT.

Joseph Marin is great! Def recommend. Friendly and super helpful when I came in with my parents to get my dad a new cell phone. Joseph answered our questions, offered advice/options, and was an overall pleasure to do business with. The store itself is clean, proper, and the staff follows social distancing. Thank you!

This man Joesph was amazing! His knowledge and customer service skills, in my opinion, through the roof! Why isn’t this man a manager of his own store??? Employees under him would run so smoothly and efficiently, his store would be top 3 in any region.
AT&T, you are lucky to have him on your team. I know plenty of business that would kill for a picture perfect, roll model employee like Joesph. Keep up the good work kid!

Melissa is the best! The entire staff was friendly and helped my family throughout the process. We were long term sprint customers but changed to AT&T because of Melissa. More stores need to learn from this stores customer service and professionalism.

Best customer service I’ve received at an AT&T store by far! The reps are very knowledgeable and helpful. The store manager, Liza, was very supportive of her staff and was there in an instant if someone needed help. She clearly prioritizes excellent service and her store is top notch.

I went in to upgrade 1 line, and I was able to do just that. I didn't leave with anything I didn't need. I told Joseph what I needed to do, and he made it happen quickly, kindly, and professionally. Even though the transaction was quick, I left with all my questions answered and even some unnecessary charges removed from my plan.

Professional, & Politely Enforced Covid Safety procedures, & gave me a mask 😷 (as I forgot mine in my car🥴); Tho I purchased the last available car adapter, I was able to get that & the Cord On Sale 😅, Which I Needed for the long traffic ride back to the high desert. Highly recommend this AT&T store & the courteous representatives who were very helpful👍😀

If you have any issues with your phone/account come in and ask for Mike. This location is a game changer. I have never had a service this great from an AT&T store, EVER. The facility is clean, neatly organized, and there are plenty of staff members to assist with all your needs. I wish I can give it 10 stars.

I had a very good experience with this store when I was ordering a new service. They set up a curbside service outside their store by the parking lot. Lessen exposure to covid 19. Also, Gio helped me a lot. Very knowledgeable and very friendly. Helped me a lot and answered all my questions confidently. I would recommend this store to all existing and new AT&T customers
