SEPHORA at Kohl's

Nice to see they hire men, too. He was very knowledgeable & helpful. FYI: bday gift requires purchase at this location. Another employee said same thing but not the case if go to Potranco Rd location, or if go to Sephoras not at Kohls.

Great customer service and always willing to help!

Went in to redeem my birthday gift and was told I could only pick it up with a purchase. This goes against Sephora stated policies that there is no purchase required to redeem in store. Very disappointed and then when I found something to purchase, they were out of the birthday reward I wanted. Also, many of the testers were empty, broken, or covered in product. Ended up leaving and having to drive to a mall to go to a regular Sephora.

Update: it appears that after declining to create or merge with a kohls account, my email was entered anyways and I have already gotten 4 spam kohls emails!!!

Hailey at this Sephora location was very rude I asked for help and she had an attitude and she said “no” and said everything is out when there is nothing in stock on the shelves. This was the second time she was like this with me I was here a week prior and had the same encounter which is why I decided to leave a review. Literally decided to leave and go to another location.

I asked for help to find the right number on my lipstick, the guy told me he didn’t know where it was?? I thought really you work here!! So I found it and he told me they were out!! This was the worst customer service ever!!

Called multiple times, they picked the phone up, and automatically ended the call. The associates were joking on the other line about not answering calls right before hanging up on me.
