I switched from Walgreens to CVS, I say the best decision I made. Was using Walgreens Pharmacy for over two decades, over the years I’ve given them many chances to get their act together, as I mentioned I’m now with CVS. The Pharmacist Supervisor is so much friendlier and knowledgeable, customer service I run into one female that I seem to be having concerns with, I keep forgetting her name as I need to pay more attention, it’s usually over the telephone. Others are pretty great. I do drive through due to my health condition and I had to monitor when is the best time to go because there always a very long line, it moves pretty fast but who wants to sit in line a long time. My negative is if you have in your profile not a automatic refill, they should not fill anything until the patient request it, so you think, I have to continue calling them and telling them I do not need it or don’t even take them any longer, very frustrating. There is no place to list your medical conditions or complete allergy history on a patient. This is important

This CVS front-counter and pharmacy staff have always been very professional and courteous.

I feel no matter what state I’m in CVS just does a great job!
