My BargainMart

This is as close as you can get these days to a traditional ‘mom and pop’ store, and the staff is beyond exceptional. Within a few visits I’ve become a regular, my kiddo and I are always greeted warmly, and you can immediately tell that every employee is dedicated to this wonderful service they provide. They’ll walk you down every isle looking for this or that if you ask (inventory can be random so things move around). The ladies who work the long shifts have to deal with robberies (at knifepoint), plenty of rude customers (this business attracts a diverse crowd), the homeless addicts that live nearby, endless work and cleaning, and they still have it in them to be welcoming and to make sure my visit is a great one every time I come in. The products they sell are incredible value! It’s somewhere around 75% off on virtually everything. Feels like Goodwill before they began cherry picking the good stuff for online auction- yes there are gems and amazing gourmet items, the kind I’d never pay full price for elsewhere, but for a couple bucks I am treated to this amazing variety from top (even swanky) brands. My pics show a ton of sweets I got for the family- all for about $10. The Dum Dums were about $7 of that.

If you’ve never heard of this place or have never been here- do yourself a favor and get there ASAP. Gotta see it to believe it. Just don’t take all the good stuff :)

I had fun with a friend perusing all the possible finds at this "odd lot" store 😊 We're a gluten free family and there were many expensive brands for incredibly affordable prices. If you're worried about expiration dates, check the USDA .gov website for helpful information to put your mind at ease. So far everything has tasted good, except for a packet of popcorn, but it cost less than a dollar, so no big deal!

Such nice folks! Prices are good, some are similar to store prices during sales, some are a true bargain! What impressed me the most is the lady at the checkout. It was on Tuesday morning. I wish I knew her name but I've never met a cashier so personable and sweet! If you read this review, thank you! Will definitely come back!

I have nothing to say about Bargain Mart except that the owners are extraordinary people that sincerely care about the integrity of their business and they treat their customers with genuine concern.
Bargain Mart is good for the community and I appreciate that they exist and provide quality, low cost merchandise. I would have never been able to afford all the goodies I've enjoyed over the many years they have been in business, had they never opened their doors to the public. Thank you Bargain Mart!!!

I wanted to personally give a positive review and a thank you to the owner of My Bargain Mart. As a broke 25 year old trying to live independently, it’s nice to be able to spend under 15 dollars and have food in my pantry. Grocery store prices are especially rough right now. And it’s nice to be able to afford some healthier options too. Thank you for what you do for the community.

I wish I had discovered this place years ago!!!! The staff was so incredibly kind and patient! We got so much food for so little money! Really great bread too! I will be coming here often! Sooooo happy I discovered this place

I had no idea what a gem this place is! Can't believe I've never been inside cuz I've shopped right next door so many times but I'm so glad I gave it a shot today, wow. As long as you don't mind a beat up box or slightly "ugly" candy bar or whatever there's some really really good deals in there.

I initially read that and thought "ok ill just see what they have" like expecting it to be just the basic processed foods and junk food kinda products but I was so pleasantly surprised to find WAY more *gluten free* snacks and other healthier and organic food items than I would've thought. I'm stoked because that's all the stuff I always wanna grab buts way too expensive anywhere else.

Like seriously it's a gold mine. *DO check every expiration date that you grab tho and make sure it's something you don't mind bein past the date. Not everything is but there's definitely quite a bit thats like a month or two past. I just ask myself if I'd eat it out of my own pantry if I found it unopened in the back.
Highly recommend, you got nothing to lose checkin it out.

I love this store. Items are frequently past "use by" date which is usually OK. You can get your money back if it's not good. The only trouble I've had is the candy bars are sometimes not in good condition.

Nice, patient, helpful and cheerful! Cant hardley get that anymore... plus they saved me even more money by signing some frequent shopper somethin discount!

We come here every weekend to stock up on snacks and this store is a life saver. I have three little girls and getting them snacks at any other store is so expensive. Bree always runs to help us and when we checkout she boxes up all of our things perfectly and carries them out to our car. Bree is a rockstar and I haven't experienced true customer service like that in years and she is a big reason my wife and I come every weekend!! Thank you Bree!

Thanks for not closing… I would be starving to without you guys 🥺 I appreciate the healthy finds a lot. It really helps those of us with food sensitivities more than you know. Especially if the food that ends up here would end up in a landfill somewhere, it just makes sense to have a place that makes the “seconds” of grocery store food available for the ones who care more about ingredients than appearances.

There is always something new and hard to find items at a reasonable price. It is definitely worth check weekly for great food. I found these beauties and the price is more than right.
