Brian Taylor has got to be one of the most passionate and through associate that Cricket has to offer. Brian helped me last night Purchased a new iPhone 15+ Set it up for me, even after his shift was over. He went above and beyond by expectations. I am very pleased with the service he provided, and with all the help with all the questions that I had. Very very much recommend Taylor to anyone that needs a cell phone or any other cricket needs. He’s a very valuable asset to the pikes peak store. Probably one of the best employees that cricket has. I do whatever I could hang onto that gentleman. Thanks again Brother for all your help. I’ll see you again soon when I bring my fiancé to get a phone. 😊

This store was amazing. Brian provided me with good explanation about anything I needed to know. I got a new Cellphone and the price was really cheap since I have a family plan. Stephanie was a HUGE help for me today! I originally went to the Cricket location off of eighth Street and couldn’t get any of the issues resolved but after I went to this location off of East pikes Peak, Stephanie was able to resolve the problem within minutes. I would highly recommend you go to this location if you need assistance because Stephanie will most likely be able to resolve your issues and give you the correct information. Chloe is the best ! I always dread going into cricket wireless stores for anything since their costumer service is pretty awfull but me and my bf needed an upgrade so we decided to call c/w stores to see if they had what we were looking for, Thankfully this location had the phone and chloe sounded super nice over the phone i decided to come in and purchase the phone
Although our process took forever since we decided to do the pp loan, chloe was super SUPER PATIENT !! She is the only c/w employee that I’ve interacted with who is so kind and patient !

Four words can sum up my experience: Hayden is the man! I was so frustrated when I walked into his store because I had been running circles with cricket customer service. I literally had called them nine or 10 times during the day and nobody seemed to be able to help me. Hayden told me he would see what he could do, and what he did was get me up and running. My phone was less than one (yes, One) day old and the network kept rejecting it, even though it is a Cricket branded phone (Cricket Dream 5g). I would speak with customer service, they would seemingly get the problem fixed, but their “fix” would only last about 5 minutes before my service was shut down because the system would say my phone was not compatible. Hayden got me up and running and this time it did not revert back to the problem, and it’s still working right now, as evidenced by the fact I am able to leave this review. I may take him some water and have him turn it into wine! Thank you again Hayden, and I will definitely find out where you get reassigned and that will be my new go-to store. I will reiterate for anyone experiencing problems these four words: Hayden is the man! Learn it, know it, live it!

The shop was amazing, helpful and the employees there had a great deal of knowledge on each phone. They do their best to help you find the right Cell phone that fits your individual needs at the price you can afford. Great customer service and easy going people!! The customer service from my visit was exceptional. Jasper was willing to stay open late on New Year's Eve so that my friend could replace her nearly dead phone. He was beyond helpful and managed to save her money on the phone and a little on her monthly payments.

I have been a Cricket customer for 4 years in this time I've had no problems, I've always had excellent service and when I moved from Denver to Colorado Springs I've only come to this location. Darlene is an excellent associate she always takes the time to explain features of phones, well versed in procedures Cricket values and always has a smile on her face and willing to help you. Thanks to her I will Cricket as my carrier!

Came in to switch over to Cricket yesterday and got a great deal for my phone plan. Amanda was incredibly sweet and helped me set up my phone quickly and without any hassles. Highly recommend this location.

Called in today with some questions. Jordan answered the line with lighting speed. Which in my case is a plus! Honesty was a concern of mine at first. But Jordan eased my worries instantly, with his own background knowledge of the plans. *This location's customer service is on point*
