Been going here about six months for juice and pods. Got a new vape from a friend, they didn't have the coils for it; but, they recommended me the closest shop down the street, who did have them. Very appreciated, fantastic customer service every time. I'll still be at least buying my juice here

I don't understand why Chief Vapor would ever get low reviews. I've always found the staff to be very knowledgeable, truly interested in getting me the product that will satisfy my cravings, and they're seriously nice people! I have had trouble with them having the product I want in stock but we're in the middle of a manufacturing crisis people! When that happens, the staff always offers me a variety of other, more than acceptable options. They're worth the visit and I highly recommend them. They're open nice and late. :-D The delivery service is pretty awesome too!

Donny was amazingly knowledgeable and helpful and got me setup with exactly what I needed to imitate that disposable flavor and buzz. This place has the best juice selection and the best employees and I will not go anywhere else. Thanks Donny for getting me setup perfectly.

My old vapor device finally quit working after a year and a half. I walked into the store not knowing much about the devices or how they worked. Alex and Kate took care of everything! Even up to and including teaching me a few things. Alex and Kate made sure that I had a good understanding of how to care for the new device I purchased and were very patient, answering every question I had. If you're in the need of a vapor device, vapor liquid, and parts/accessories then seriously, look no further. GREAT customer service and quality products.

Great location! Corbin rocks! I had a bad experience at the academy location, then even worse experience at vapor source so I came here DESPERATE because I'm trying to quit smoking (which was successful, THANK YOU CHIEF VAPOR). Corbin educated me, got me excited about my purchases, and set me up to be successful! The management is extremely responsive to customer concerns and experiences, which says a lot about a company. Thank you!

Ordered online this morning at about 6:30 and got my delivery just before 3 this afternoon! Easy process, (yes, the delivery is going to take a little while, that's just common sense) but had my order delivered by the friendliest young lady, Madison. Got exactly what I asked for with no trouble at all!
