What a fantastic experience in this store!

Rodney was very helpful on the floor with finding items. Logan was so friendly at the register and with the checkout process. The store is so neat and clean, so well-stocked, and very easy to navigate! They had a lot of Oktoberfest items that we cannot find at our local Safeway, so that was fun!

The bathroom situation is a bit weird. The bathrooms are locked, an employee has to walk you to the bathroom, let you in, and you cannot take any items but your phone and wallet (no bag) with you. I am not sure what that is about, but the bathrooms themselves were neat and clean.

Thank you Safeway for still cutting your meat in house and hiring great butchers! The guys in the back are great and I always get my meat here because of them. Great customer service at the Butchers and Austin up front always makes sure the price comes up right! Thank you!!!

Wonderful and they had great customer service. Found something I haven't been able to find anywhere else.

I like going to safe way its not as crowded as other places and if you dow load the app you save a lot more than the other stores as well I really didn't want to give e this information cause it was a good lil secret. But I have to let people know about how much smarter it is to go shopping at safeway plus the employees are very respectful and always willing to help

Great selection and awesome customer service as always. Safeway carries a lot of niche items that other grocery stores don't offer. Their pkup services are getting better, but seems to lag behind other grocery stores, a bit. Their customer service desk will cash written bank checks if you have a rewards account (card) & call the 800 number posted at each customer service desk inside each store, or obtain it through their App. I highly recommend using their App to receive additional discounts and price offers that can only be gotten through the App, under digital coupons section.

The young man that checked me out tonight was such a cutie and incredibly helpful! I usually don't run into such nice people these days!

Good selection of everything, fully stocked and produce all looked super fresh. I live walking by those wings by the produce section it smells super good and is a great price. I like to go on my lunch break

I love Safeway, although their prices are higher than other local grocery stores. They are not overly crowded, very clean, and you have a variety of product selection.

I am legally blind, it is a new condition, and so hard adjusting. I want to compliment the employees and especially the manager. They went over and above to assist me shopping! I want to thank the Safeway crew on centennial Blvd in Colorado springs . For all their help

Great variety of food selections for dietary restrictions, and their membership/app lets you save a lot of money with discounts and the digital coupons. Friendly employees, clean store.

This place is great! Always have what I need in stock. And staff is amazing and super friendly.

Great service as always. My coupons were not coming off and they came over and corrected every item for me. Good stuff!

First time I have been in this safe way the employees friendly and helpful the seafood and meet department look on point The deli looks great. I was going to get some fried chicken or fried gizzard s you didn't have fried gizzard on the frid Chicken was little over Cook everything else looks good Good job

Great grocery store! Very clean place. The staff is very nice and helpful. The rewards program is very good I always save money when I shop there. Really good deals. Everything is easy to find. I shop here consistently I have never had an issue while shopping. The one thing I love about this place the most is the hours of the store they open and close at a very convenient time. Would highly recommend.

The staff here are always friendly and there always in stock with what I need. One big thing I appreciate is them helping bag and cart your stuff, That's a huge help. Very clean store and there fresh fish is amazing. Keep on keeping on. I would recommend.

Nice clean very quiet which was kinda nice. I'm used to the South Academy and Hancock King Soopers that I work at which is always crazy busy. It's a nice change of pace. I kinda felt like a traitor for shopping at the enemy but I was in a time crunch and didnt have time to go to the Kings on Centennial and Fillmore.

I visited your store on Centennial Blvd this afternoon and want to share my experience with you. I was looking in the produce section for ginger but couldn’t find any. After several attempts I spoke with the young man who was working in the section. We looked where ginger is usually found - no luck. He said he would go back in the store room to see if there was any there but came up empty. I thanked him and continued the rest of my shopping. I was at the other end of the store when the young man found me and said he had found some ginger, and took me right to it. He even showed me where I found sugar snap peas. That this young man actually looked for me and showed me exactly where the ginger located was really impressive. That’s what I call superb customer service! I didn’t even get his name, but do know he just started to work there. Thank you, Safeway- this young man is a keeper!
