AT&T Store

I forgot to get her name but she was amazing. Right when I came in the store she help me right away. It took me less than 15mins to get all transaction done. She was very knowledgeable.I got my iPhone 14 for my son and they have the color in stock as well which l don’t to wait. Thank you

I had a fairly simple need when I entered the store but it was still super smooth to get it done. I was fully expecting to have the experience be a total faff but Laura R is ON IT. Excellent visit, I'd definitely come back to this store in particular if I have any other issues that require an in-store visit.

So my sister in law lives with me and is home bound. Her phone died so my son helped me order her a new phone on line. He then left on vacation. The phone came and I had no idea how to transfer data. I tried several videos and even called apple support who hung up on me twice. So thought I’d call AT&T store where she get her service Explain to them and a very nice young man said they would help. So I went over and another very nice young lady helped me get everything set up and wipe the other phone. She even put on the case that I bought for it. I know this is long but being a senior and not knowledgeable about this stuff it meant the world to me. Not everyone is willing to work with my generation but these people saved my sanity. Besides her phone is the only outside communication she has so very important to her. Thank you AT&T.

Came in from out of state with a dead phone. Rep waited on us immediately and discussed options. I chose a new phone and within an hour was on my way with everything transferred, up and running. Competitive price on the new phone. Very good service!

I went in with my girlfriend so she could get a new phone. Matthew helped her out and was fantastic and very customer service driven. He made sure she was taken care of from beginning to end and got her set up with all the accessories she needed. He even put the screen protector on for her. Top class service from Matthew and I highly recommend him.

I came in Sunday August 27, 2023. The gentleman who worked that day was very helpful. He identified what phone I had from a distance which I was honestly impressed with. He was very knowledgeable about the smartphone protector covers available and helped me pick one that I am very satisfied with. I wish I could remember his name but he is great at what he does. Thank you again.

We had a very odd situation where we were manipulated into switching carriers from AT&T. When we discovered that we needed to switch back to AT&T, Morgan Ibarra in the Fort Collins store was extremely helpful. She immediately understood our issue and worked to resolve it. She kept us apprised as to what was happening each step of the way. She was personable, friendly and got us back on track with AT&T as if nothing had happened, no extra charges, etc. A+!

Matthew’s customer service was so helpful. He bent over backwards to help me get set up with AT&T.

Needed new sim card. Service rep helped right away, got a sim card & registered it under my number in the system w/in a few minutes. Done & done. Awesome!

I had a wonderful experience! I switched from T-Mobile to AT&T. I was shopping around for a new provider and was greeted warmly by the AT&T staff and felt they were very knowledgeable! I worked with Coleman and Matt and they were both very funny, personable, and easy to work with. Customer service was great and the store manager ensured I left with everything I needed for a successful transaction. Coleman even answered my questions before my phone shipped via text. Overall, it was a pleasant and memorable customer service experience, I highly recommend to anyone looking for a new provider!

Daiquon helped me turn in my old iPhone and get a new one this week. He was super helpful, efficient and a genuine guy. Good store, good employees

It's always so stressful having to go to the mobile store, but I was surprised by how great my experience was. Coleman was kind, patient (with me and my low-tech self) and helped me every step of the way in upgrading my phone and setting up a phone for my son. I really appreciate his professionalism and that he went above and beyond. It was refreshing, and a pleasant experience all around! Thank you!

I was immediately greeted upon entering the store and then helped by Spencer! He had a ton of helpful information, had a great sense of humor, and he helped me apply an iPad screen protector that I brought with me at no cost and it was applied perfectly. He’s a real asset to the store.

AT&T has been awful to deal with until today when Coleman was my agent. He was personable, professional and more importantly, was able to help resolve my issues in a timely manner. I recommend if you have to go to this store, you ask for him. He was wonderful ! Thankyou for everything Coleman 😀

Matt (Matthew) is hands down the best! Extremely knowledgeable, provides the highest level of customer service & is so personable! I live in NC but often travel to Fort Collins to visit family. I will literally save anything AT&T until I can come to CO and have Matt help me. He’s thorough in every detail to ensure you come away completely satisfied. An AT&T rockstar!

Nicole is awesome. She has been incredibly helpful in my complicated process of changing numbers and getting a new phone. She walked me through the whole process - billing, numbers (scrolled through the list..it was fun 😁), devices that exist on the line, phone model comparison…everything. I’m beyond stoked to have everything I need, and a clear path ahead. Working with Nicole was quite fun, and it means a lot to me to receive such professional and friendly service! You’re awesome! Coleman helped me get a new phone after I absolutely demolished my phone! He was super nice and informative. Even though I wasn’t interested, he did a great job explaining the direct TV steam perks and if I was not a poor college student I would have bought it. Also I would have been more interested in buying other things if the manager angel bought Coleman a nice cheba hut lunch. Overall my experience was INCREDIBLE! Thanks Coleman!

Coleman was the absolute best! He was such a pleasure to work with. Not only was he accommodating to every issue that I had, he also went out of his way to ensure that we got the best deals on everything and even got my family a discount on our monthly plan! He was super sweet and put up with FaceTiming my dad as I am an out of state student! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and I genuinely have never felt more cared for in a customer service setting. 10/10 Coleman!

Harmony Marketplace has incredible people at this REAL AT&T location. Mason and Manager Angel figured out a several layers deep mess that AT&T Online had made of our account. Both Angel and Mason were knowledgeable, thorough, and extremely patient. My husband had gone to another AT&T store in town and he had to roust them out of the back room to help. That was not an actual AT&T store, but they look the same. Our store at Harmony Marketplace is a REAL AT&T store with super people. You do them a GREAT DISSERVICE by not advertising them as such. Call the non-AT&T stores by another name, but make a distinction for your customers. It is not fair that Angel and Mason are fixing other peoples' mistakes. We were ready to switch to Verizon until they were so helpful. Thank you Angel and Mason! You are incredible!
