The staff didn't bother us and we had to get some felt. It was pretty inexpensive and quite nice. I was aggravated at the front desk because they were so slow and I had to use the self checkout, which I do not like.

Got some matboard custom cut here for a last minute anniversary gift. The framing department could certainly use some extra staff (and I hope they are looking!). The wait time was upwards of 20-30 minutes 2 of the times I went and same for when I tried calling, but the staff is truly excellent as well as friendly. Erin in Framing went above and beyond to help with my project and it came out better than expected. BRILLIANT craftsmanship and customer service. Give that girl a raise!! 🤑

Good stock of most items, the store is very clean and laid out well, employees are friendly and helpful and I love that they added new self checkouts to make things go much quicker

We had 3 pictures matted and framed at the Michaels in Fort Collins, CO. Erin is the person who helped us. She was extremely helpful and patient as we chose frames, etc. Her customer service and manner were exemplary. She is a valuable employee!

Really wide variety of crafts and decor. Already Halloween stuff! But it is cute I have to say. Found a nice frame for some art work. The clerk was so helpful and friendly. Went the extra mile to get my coupon applied. He was a sweet younger guy, not sure what his name was. The store is clean and organized. Some good sale items. Visited 8/21.

I love Michael's. I've found so many great deals. The cashier's have always been friendly and do a great job of helping me to find any discounts that I can get! I have had a hard time finding employees around the store if I've had a question or needed help reaching something, but overall I always have a great experience.
