Stop by they had iphone 14 was treated nice and was out in 15 min with new phone. Been coming here for years.

This is one of the most amazing Metro stores around. I randomly came in one day to pay my bill and seen they were holding a $10 raffle, I thought “why not?” Did it and forgot about it till I received a call that I won. Well the prize was a brand new iPhone!!! Besides how friendly and helpful the staff already was they upped it even more by giving me a free phone lol.. From the Manager to the employees I received nothing but great help and courtesy. I now will make this my primary location to pay my bill and shop! I normally go to another store and I’ve been with them for years & never even got a free water lol
I recommend everyone to shop here and experience the great staff at this location. Not to mention they’re all beautiful ladies 🤷‍♂ 😂

Wasn't bad explained my issue she was unable to help how ever she gave me customer service number and informed me they handle the problems I was having I called and yes one phone call issues resolved nice person there also accomplished all from my phone changed phones canceled a line transfered a phone line all good

Man my phone was having issues bad like I couldn't make a call, i went to one store she told me I need to get a new phone 280$. I came to this store and the guy fixed my phone without having to buy a new one. He also showed me how to fix it if it happened again.

I was here on Thursday and the gentleman was the nicest and most professional sales associate... I will be going back to hook up 2 more lines...
