The UPS Store

This place is ridiculously helpful. Someone told me it’s the #1 UPS store in the state, I believe it. I have come in with so many unique needs and they were super helpful.

Today I had a return and it was in a shipping bag that was opened. Return label was USPS and I came in and asked to buy a box. He said, we can actually tape this bag all up, put the label on and give it to USPS so you don’t need to buy anything.

They do stuff like this all the time. All needs for my business or personally, I always go out of my way to go to this UPS. They are real people. The realist

I visited this UPS Store to get some large format printing done. The employees were knowledgeable and helpful. The job was done very quickly and exceeded my expectations. This was also done very affordably.

I love this store not only do they have the best service but I’ve never had any delivery issues!!! But recently I can’t rave enough about Kim and her amazing team and what a fantastic job they did with 4 - 24x36 foam boards that she made into these amazing photo collages!!! They turned out sooooo beautiful. And my family friends and I were able to look at these for hours!!!! THANK U THANK U THANK U KIM!!!!!! You’re absolutely the best!!!!!

This location has truly ((TRULY!!!!)) restored my appreciation and faith for those who work in the too oftentimes thankless industry of customer service!!!

I didn't expect to be writing a review for a UPS store, but just had an experience at this one that was outstanding and deserves five stars. We had multiple legal documents printed, and notarized with witnesses right there at the store. It was a tedious process but we were assisted by Johanna, Max and Grady... all three were great to work with, professional and good attitude.

Very quick and efficient. Super friendly I was in and out in under 3 min for a drop off of a return to Amazon. They even taped it shut and didn't charge me to buy my own tape!

We always get great service here. Out of all the UPS stores I’ve ever been to, this one stands out. Employees are extremely friendly and helpful, and I never have to wait in line.

The entire team is fabulous! Great service for all of our shipping, printing, and signage needs...They did a wonderful job on water bottle labels for us at a great price. It's always an easy, seamless process and the turnaround time always amazes me.

This UPS store takes pride in the delicacy and accuracy of their work. Fast, friendly and provided a bit of levity to my day.

Every single time I’ve been into the UPS store on Mainstreet they have always been so helpful, warm and friendly. During Christmas time their lines are almost always short and they work extremely quickly (no two hour wait to get packages mailed at this place!). I can’t say enough how happy I am that their consistent friendliness and willingness to help always makes it a great experience.

The group of people that work at this store are an amazing group of people. They make you feel like family from the time you walk in the door until you leave. They go out of there way to help you with any issues. I have a PO Box there and they help with all of my copying and shipping needs. Best UPS store in Denver....
