King Soopers

We went to the smaller King Sooper today. It was a good experience. Check out was quick and friendly. The bagger did a good job also.

I like this store, there are others close by but I find the staff very friendly and helpful at this location.

Helpful staff but need more human staff check out lanes.

King Soopers pharmacy rarely gets a decent review but I had such a pleasant experience today with Tammy C while checking out my husband’s prescriptions. Keep up the kind attitude and patience… it was really appreciated 😊

A couple of weeks ago I couldn’t find an ingredient I was looking for to make a spinach dip bread bowl. I asked a few employees and they just kind of threw their hands up. I was frustrated. Then I asked Anne and she didn’t know where the item was but went out of her way to help me locate it. I was there again a few days ago and couldn’t find a specific quiche. I asked a couple employees and they didn’t help much - they just said they didn’t know. I asked Carrie and she said she was going to look around for me while I finished shopping. In the meantime I saw Anne and asked her. She didn’t know but (like last time) she didn’t give up until she found it for me. Right about then Carrie came around the corner with a huge smile and the quiche (which Anne had just also found). These ladies are the best. My review isn’t necessarily for the store (because honestly not many of the staff were very helpful on either of my visits). This review is for Anne and Carrie and their commitment to customer service. 👏 Thank you!

I like kingsooper for the quality of the fruits and vegetables, the delicious bread from their bakery, and the number of different brands of cheese. the flowers are the best thing about the place. always fresh and at a great price.

I was in the other evening, went to the deli and employee my the named Mike greeted me. He was in the middle of packaging up chicken and greeted me with a smile. Often I’ve noticed, when someone one is busy they will make you wait. I appreciated the quick response and the simple thank you when I was done ordering.

I came in today (Dec. 23rd) to grab a few last minute ingredients (along with just about everyone else in the area, it seemed). I had a couple of gift cards to finish using up, but also planned to put the remaining balance on my debit card. I rang up my items at self check, used the gift cards, and still owed just over $3. When I went to get my wallet I realized I hadn't put it back in my purse after using it for something at home this morning. Tina S. was working the self checkout. I asked her to help cancel the order while I waited for my husband to bring me my wallet. Instead, she moved my order the the cashier assisted register and paid the additional $3 out of her own pocket. I plan to take cash back up to the store (plus extra as a thank you), but also wanted to publicly commend her and thank her for her help today.

I’m thrilled that this King Soopers has delivery. In the past I’ve had poor experiences with delivery/ the insta cart service. Sometimes things go missing from my order and sometimes the food isn’t fresh. HOWEVER
Nicole F was my insta cart shopper today. She was the first insta cart shopper to notify me of changes to my cart. She also took time to ask me a question on a few items. She went above what many insta cart shoppers have done. Many times I’ve ordered from insta cart and the food quality chosen wasn’t fresh. Nicole made sure everything was fresh. She even took photos of things In question and also made sure to refund me if something in my order was out of stock. I’m impressed and very thankful for her service. Give this Goddess a pay raise!

Pretty clean store everything seems to be in order they do help you out if you're lost on finding something nice group of people

I like the location with the bank, pharmacy, and my little clinic located inside.
ONLY ISSUE/PROBLEM is KRAZY-KARENS shopping here. They waste my and other customers' time at the register, counter, or customer service.

Karen shoppers should know that if they wanna customize something or ask something they do not carry, they should look/search online app prior.

Very busy but if you can catch this place when it is slow, it is very refreshing. Always very clean and very well stocked. Also has a water dispenser, which my other local King Soopers does not have. Certainly worth the drive if you are close.

A variety of services and a variety of options. Everything you may need or want—including Star Bucks—is right there. It’s in a nice location, too.

Edited 9/13...FOUND! Another Triceratops! First 132nd and quebec, now 136th and colorado. Along with a prehistoric parrot...named bones!

Great variety of groceries. The meat department has fresh steaks, beef, chicken and seafood in the deli counter. Can be a little expensive, but great quality and worth the price. Make sure you get a club card for great savings.

While this store can get very busy, today I was blown away at how helpful and friendly the staff are. Two of the clerks running the self registers took the time to help me with my WIC transaction and explained which products are covered.

I called to get an update on my application and see if they were hiring and the nice lady named Ann McDonald answered the phone and she was very kind.

Kings use to be the place I would go when no one else had it tonight I found myself going somewhere else because kings didn't have it!!

Very clean and glad they have a Starbucks in it. LOL

My local and favorite King Soopers. I shop here too much lol. Customer service and everything is always great. Great deals to for being a member and I am one. ;)
