I live out of state and I have been meaning to post a review about my experience visiting this store. I visited Freakys headshop a couple of weeks ago and received outstanding service from employees Cooper, Willow, and Alizeigh. Their expertise, friendliness, and willingness to assist made my visit truly enjoyable. I cannot remember who was who however, all demonstrated an impressive depth of knowledge about the headshop's products. So much so.. that I asked for each of their names because this was probably one of the best customer service interactions i've experienced yet. They were able to answer all my questions, provide detailed explanations, and guide me toward the best choices based on my preferences and needs. Their expertise helped me make informed decisions, and I felt confident in the items I purchased. The warm and friendly demeanor of the lot of them created a welcoming atmosphere in the shop. They greeted me with a smile, made me feel comfortable, and were attentive to my inquiries. Their approachable nature encouraged open conversation and made the entire shopping experience pleasant. They patiently listened to my requirements, offered personalized recommendations, and provided thorough explanations on product usage, care, and maintenance. Their genuine interest in ensuring my satisfaction was evident, and it made the process effortless and enjoyable. They went above and beyond to assist me throughout my visits even though I had to return to the store twice after making up my mind. They were well-organized, efficient, and handled transactions smoothly. Their attention to detail and commitment to exceptional customer service were apparent at every step, leaving a positive impression. They even gave me some free Freaky's branded papers!

I genuinely feel whether you're a seasoned enthusiast or a first-time visitor, you can trust that these individuals will go above and beyond to ensure your satisfaction.

I walked in and immediately Chris and Cooper helped me out. Not only did they treat me great but they made me feel comfortable and were patient with me. Haven’t been in the store in awhile but I am thankful to see they have the right people in place and can’t wait to come back soon!

I absolutely love this shop. The atmosphere is just incredible, it seems very organized and every experience I have had the staff has always been friendly and gone above and beyond. There is a nice manager , I think that is her position , her name is Devin - I am almost positive she knows every single thing about that store and their product. The few times I have been there she is always eager and happy to help and she never forgets a face. I love this company and their staff! It’s rare to have such an exceptional experience anymore. I truly can not say enough good things about this place.

Great selection and pricing, and amazing staff! They are always so nice and helpful, I never walk out without exactly what I’m looking for! They will go as far as to check their other locations if they do happen to be out of something. Love coming here and seeing all the friendly faces! 10/10 recommended :)

First time in, GREAT store! HUGE selection, good prices and great staff. Ashley and Kennedy were so friendly, answered my numerous (and probably annoying) questions with smiles on their faces the whole time! They definitely made the experience amazing. Mad props to those girls, thank you SOOOO much! Will be back for my next glass needs!

Amazing shop with even better employees! Not only is their selection of glass vast but it’s also reasonably priced and heavy duty. Freakys has always been my go to spot and The staff is the main reason why. They were able to answer all of my questions and were very patient while I made my decision

Super chill vibe and helpful staff. I thought some of the pieces were a little pricy until they told me it was custom made locally which I thought was neat. At first I thought it was odd that all the staff were much younger, but after thinking about it, who knows more about the finer points of the hanky-danky than young, passionate adults.

I just wanted incense, and they had a large selection for very good prices! Their sticks also come in different lengths, including those huge sticks. I'm very pleased with the quality of the scents! Staff was friendly and attentive, too.

I bought a puffco which was a 450$+ portable vaporizer. I made sure that I had a return policy and the manager insured me I had two weeks to return it. Then I came home and found out it was broken and I returned to the store BEFORE the two week policy was over. They refused to return it or help me at all and told me to leave a bad review. POOR STAFFING. I am very upset about this because i have been here a few other times and you could tell the workers didn’t know what they were doing. Updated review... Zach helped me out and was very professional and helpful I will definitely shop here again

The time before last I came here I had a bad experience with a girl. She seemed like she hated herself and everyone else. I wasn’t going to come back because of her, but I thought I’d give it one more chance. The guy that helped me was super dope! I asked him about the other girl and he said she’s gone because she was awful. Thank you Zack for being patient with my indecisive self! He’s an awesome guy, him and Chris really helped me pick out some pipes. I feel like I gained some friends. Will keep coming back thanks to Zack and Chris!
