AT&T Store

We had a absolutely wonderful experience at this AT&T store. Our representative was very thorough and did an outstanding job of actually saving me money. Took the time to pay attention to detail I would recommend highly using the store.

UPDATE: I return to this location yesterday to add my mom to my service plan and get her a new phone. It was a different day and time it was a couple of different folks from the last time I was there. Doesn’t matter. They were equally as helpful and conscientious as the folks there were last time. Very impressed.!

Outstanding service! I’ve been pleased with the consistent quality of the folks at AT&T Stores across the US for many years. Having moved recently this was my first time at this location. I showed up late but they went right to work taking care of my glass screen cover replacement and SIM replacement. I interrupted Candice (I think it was with an I) to make sure I was going to keep them from closing on time. She said not to worry. They’d make sure I was taken care of before I left. Her colleague, Carlos was likewise cheerful and attentive. I highly recommend this location and look forward to coming here to upgrade my iPhone later this year.

Finally got the S23 Ultra, the experience was swift and I got everything done quickly! 5/5 AT&T is great 👍

I would like to recommend Jelaine, the manager of the AT&T store on Gunn Highway for purchasing your next iPhone. I am a senior citizen and really need help with today’s technology. Jelaine was so helpful and so patient with me today. She was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, but most of a very caring person. She walked me through the entire process and did everything for me. I will definitely make her my “go to person” when it comes to my phone needs!

My experience at this store was Amazing, Jelaine the store manager went above and beyond to help me. Im not even an at&t customer, but after my experience i may become one. Ive tried for 3 days to get an issue resolved with at&t and she took care of it in minutes. Thank you👏🏽Words cant express my gratitude 😊

Jelaine was SOOOOO HELPFUL AND PATIENT TODAY! She took her time and was kind and thorough and just so pleasant to talk with during the long session (due to system syncing, not her) it took to get our phones dialed in. She had a kind smile and was willing to work through her lunch hour to make sure we were all set up! Super blessed to meet her and thankful for her amazing customer service!!👊🏻🙌🏻🤩

Josh and Kevin were absolutely incredible with assisting me in switching phones and ensuring that all of my photos, videos, etc got transferred over successfully and in a timely manner. They were absolutely wonderful to hangout with until everything was switched over and the phone was ready to take home.

My boyfriend and I had such a great experience at this phone store. Candice was amazing and so helpful. We were starting a new account with AT&T and Candice helped us through the whole process. She explained everything she would need from us a head of time so when the time came to open account the whole process was so smooth. She goes over and beyond for her customers and all while training a whole new staff. I will continue to come back to this specific location just because of her!

Great people at the store. They were very helpful. They set up my new phone quickly. It had all of the apps available that I had on my old phone. I did not expect that. Thank you!

The store manager, Candice, helped me early in the day with an email issue I was having with my iPhone 6. While she was fixing the problem, she told me that the software technology updates for my phone were going away at the end of the year. When I asked her if there were any deals, she suggested the iPhone 11, that was on sale and would be perfect for what I and my husband needed. When I told my husband about it, we decided to go back and upgrade our phones. I called to make an appointment with her later that day. Candice was in tune to what our needs were, did not try to upsell us, went the extra mile to find additional discounts (like AARP), took a lot of time showing us the nuances of the new phone. She was professional, kind, and extremely customer service oriented. We have been AT&T customers for many years, and I have got to say, this by far was the best experience we have ever had shopping for a new phone and dealing with AT&T. Candice is a true asset to AT&T and I would highly recommend her for your phone and device needs.

Candice & Josh were the best! Being in IT, and working with the enterprise side of ATT, I never thought I'd say this; but I've never had a better expereience than the one I had at this location. While the visit quicker than expected, I found myself in no rush to leave. Both representatives were beyond friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend visiting this location, even if it isn't the closest one.

Had an issue with a setting on my phone. Upon entering the store, I was met by the Manager Greg. Greg was extremely helpful and was able to show me and fix the problem in no time. He was understanding and went above and beyond to right the wrong. If I may need anything else from AT&T, I am going back to this store and speak with Greg. Professional and courteous for sure, thank you for helping me.

Greg has great customer service skills! He was very patient and kind! He helped my sister with her phone, who needed some help.

Took my dad , who's phone challenged as am I with some things lol to try and set up his new phone and I want to give a big shout out to Candace who had so much patience and she was determined that the phone was going to be set up for him before he left which it was. She was the best multi tasker I have ever seen. She is a great bonus to this store and I hope her employer recognizes that

Josh at the Citrus park store provided excellent customer service. We traded in and then bought 4 phones. He was patient with all the questions/throughout the entire lengthy process. Would definitely go back because of him.

You have an excellent employee at your store named Greg Mooney. I have been with AT&T for over a decade and have always gone to him. It was much more convenient when he was at the Trinity location LOL but I still make the drive to go see him for all my AT&T needs. He is so sweet and honestly does his very best to make sure every customer is valued not like Your typical pushy sales guy. Lol I wish Greg was closer but I’m still making the drive every time 👍🏼

I had a new phone shipped to me and I was not able to get it working. Walked in the local store and was out within 5 minutes and all set. Great customer service and amazing staff. This is one of my main reasons for leaving the T place.....

I had an issue with my plan that I was unable to access internet from my unlocked device. The AT&T Rep 'Jose A' was very patient and energetic in troubleshooting the device/sim and spent over an hour on my issue specifically. I should mention 'Greg M' and his knowledge about various devices and fixing technical issues. He chimed in and suggested to try an option which resolved the issue. Before entering the store I was not hopeful that issue gets resolved as I already spent more than a day troubleshooting the issue over customer care line. However, both Jose and Greg did an outstanding job in solving my issue. Thank you very much.

Candice and Ian are the best! Trust me when i tell you that you will be sorry if you go to a different at&t just because its closer and convenient. This is by far the best at&t to come to because of Candice and Ians awesome customer service!!!
