Had to stop by the Verizon store today when my wife accidentally deleted teh Sim off her IPhone while trying to reset it due to camera issues. Matt was awesome he knew what was wrong immediately and had the phone fixed in less than 15 minutes. Highly recommend this Verizon location if you're in the area.

Went into Verizon for a new glass screen protector. It was super quick and they installed it beautifully!

Brandon went above and beyond to ensure my phone number was reactivated properly even with pushback from customer service representatives. Also stayed past his shift, definitely deserves a bonus sometime soon in the future!

Samuel was extremely helpful and even asked if i wanted a new phone without me asking him about it. Super professional and easy to get along with.

Matthew was absolutely out of this world spectacular!! The gentleman in the back was also amazing he would stop at nothing to get his customer a replacement phone. Over all would HIGHLY recommend visiting this particular Verizon store as the customer service was completely amazing. Was an easy transaction and wonderful experience overall. Awesome job to Matthew and the gentleman in the back who’s name I didn’t catch!!! Very happy customer.

Briana and Ryan went way beyond to help resolve a difficult problem of restoring my Verizon service after my failed attempt to use Visible mobile (highly recommend avoid the Visible Mobile service, poor performance at both the technical and customer support levels). This required transferring my cell phone number back from Visible to Verizon. And reopening my Verizon account. Every step of the way Briana ran into roadblocks, and like a bulldozer, she busted through and restored my Verizon service. Could not be more pleased and thrilled. Not to mention watching her push back and succeed despite all the roadblocks!!

I have been to many different Verizon stores, this one is by far the best. Yesterday I bought a phone at another location and it was a lemon. I was desperate to get a phone that works. I went to the store and Raymond and the Sales Lead Matthew not only helped me figure out why the phone was a lemon, he was able to get me a better phone that worked, while lowering the monthly bill. He was very knowledgeable, and explained clearly what he could and could not do and why when he was helping me. He offered to call the other store to explain the situation in advanced of me returning the other phone and he even followed up the next day to see how things were going. I don't tend to write these reviews, but it was refreshing to have an experience that was above and beyond the normal standard you get when visiting retail stores. Matt is truly awesome at his job and very passionate about helping you. Highly recommend visiting if you have any phone issues.

Matt was the best help and talkative and still so nice after I had posted a bad review before that was entirely not his fault and it’s in the past. He is definitely one of the best workers and I’m very thankful for all his help and how professional he was and is very nice. Thank you so much Matt.

My fiancé and I went in to take advantage of the promo currently offered and we worked with Matthew . The store was busy and he was able to help multiple customers at once while assuring everyone was getting what they wanted. He was super personable and went above and beyond to make sure all our questions were answered and we were comfortable getting into the plan we wanted! Highly recommend him for his assistance and knowledge!

Friend and I went in with the intention to just look at phones in person but based on the service we both walked away with new phones. The service provided by Briana, Evan and another gentleman there (Night of July 19th) was exceptional. They went above and beyond with any and all questions. As well as helped find a phone to best suit the day to day needs of a phone for us both. Will definitely return to this location for any of my Verizon phone needs.

I worked with Mr. White at this location on Memorial Day to get a new iPhone when my previous one had been inadvertently broken by me earlier in the day. He was attentive, thorough, and honest with the devices and accessories that could be offered, and he talked me through the math of how it would all pan out and what would get me the best deal for my budget. I always appreciate when salespeople stay transparent despite what they could otherwise get away with. He also maintained a refreshing and positive attitude during the visit, and kept me updated with how long the transfer of information between phones would take, during the wait time. I would recommend this location (and Mr. White!) to anyone looking to explore options for new phones, plans, or accessories.

Matt White at the Verizon store in Raymond New Hampshire worked above and beyond the call of duty to resolve my billing issues. He put such exceptional effort to make sure everything was taken care of. He should be commended.

Matthew was absolutely incredible! He helped me with a number of issues that have been pledging me for years! I have been in to every single Verizon store I’ve seen for 4-5 years asking to solve these issues. No one has been able to solve for these, ever, except Matthew. Matthew was kind, courteous, funny, and highly professional. And, he upsold me to an iPhone Pro Max which I was merrily interested in hearing about. Having observed Matt White in action on numerous occasions while he is interacting with several customers simultaneously, troubleshooting problems, answering sales questions, configuring devices, it is easy to see he is master of his many capabilities. I'm sure it shows in his performance metrics.

One can also tell that Matt White is underpaid. Don't lose this fellow. That will also show up in the metrics.

My mother and dad visited your store this afternoon..Customer service was by far the best I have seen. Mathew White was professional, very patient and respectful to my elderly parents. This is how it should be, the level of knowledge and problem solving , again very pleased..

whatever was happening before to get bad reviews must have been fixed. My husband and I went in to get general help and were so pleasantly surprised to be treated so over the top nice. I would rate 10 stars if it were possible. We were helped with no pressure only sincere down to earth help and I can honestly say it was such a pleasure spending time with Jay. Would recommend going to this store any time and will definetley be back. Thank you Jay for making our night so special.
