Excellent customer service. Representative advised us to come to the stores to provide better service than to be on hold forever with overseas operators. Excellent advice and our issues were taken care of immediately. Please do not wait for overseas operator's to help with your t-mobile issues. Visit your nearest T-Mobile store to help you, even if it deals with internet and or Hotspot devices.

I Went To This Location On 07/12/2023 To Upgrade My iPhone To The iPhone 14 Pro Max.. I Was Greeted Upon Entering The Store By Princess.. She Help Me Every Step Of The Way.. Very Knowledgeable , Helpful And Very Polite.. She’s Very Welcoming.. I Highly Recommend This Store Location For Your Future Cellphone Needs Or Concerns.. The store is extremely clean, smells great, and very organized. This is the friendliest staff I’ve encountered compared to the other t mobile stores in the area. I worked with Danielle and she was great. I met the store manager and she is just beautiful. T mobile did well with hiring beauty. Finally a store I can go to that treats me like a person instead of just a customer.

They make you think they have coast to coast coverage. We have lots of problems getting cell service most of the places we go. My work has T mobile antenna's on the roof and I still have problems with service, and every time we call to complain they tell us the antenna's are being worked on. Even when I know there's no one at my work, working on anything. Unfortunately we're locked in for 2 years because if we don't, we'll have to pay for our phones. Going back to C Spire when times up.
