Tiffany was the young lady who waited on me. I went in to buy a bulb for my make up. I was unable to remove the bulb. Took it in to show want I needed. She volunteered to remove the bulb, she went to get what I needed, she put the new bulb in and taped the the package so the extra bulb wouldn't fall out!!!! She was super pleasant from beginning to end! This AutoZone is always my favorite. I live in Canfield so I pass others just to get to this location!

Had to get new wiper blades and my car has the most complicated attachment ever but the guy came out and installed them for me in the pouring down rain. Thank You!

Came in to have my battery checked, she hooked up her little device and found I needed a new battery. Bad cell. It's what I was expecting.
They had a battery in stock, and luckily my vehicle is one that they are able to replace on site.
Tiffany had my new battery in within 15 mins, from start (instore getting battery and paying) to finish (uninstalling and installing batteries).
Tiffany ROCKS!

The staff here is amazing. They will help install windshield wipers to batteries. They are also very knowledgeable.

Staff was super friendly. I was greeted as soon as I walked into the store. Store manager and employees are very knowledgeable and helpful. An employee helped me pick out the best windshield wipers for my car and even installed them while it was raining! So impressed by my entire experience!

A tough business to always create a happy ending but they try and often things go smoothly so have a bit of patience if there is a challenge and keep a friend in your auto repair arsenal.

Received impeccable service from Austin at the Mahoning Avenue location. He was very personable and went above and beyond to ensure that I received the right products and installed them quickly and professionally. The guy really knew his stuff. Highly recommend requesting him if you're in need of great service.

These guys were awesome Nick V and Nick H helped me with a dead battery. They drove down the mall gave me a jump and helped me get back to autozone. After diagnosing it was just a bad connection. They cleaned my battery tested alternator etc … saved me a bunch of money and time! Very grateful

I had to get a new battery and the staff was super helpful! They helped me pick out the correct battery and even helped me change it out! They were very friendly and knowledgeable. Also the prices were very reasonable for quality product. This was one of the best experiences I have had at an auto parts store. Next time I need auto parts I will definitely go here!

When I entered the store to order two lift supports for my hatch window, I noticed right away the enthusiastic and pleasant welcome from Freddie. He really makes you feel good with his upbeat attitude. Then when I returned to pick up my order, I asked if someone could show me just how to remove the old supports. Freddie was right there to offer his assistance. Not only did he show me how to remove the supports, he replaced the new ones. What a friendly person and a definite asset to AutoZone!

I had a great experience with autozone including the girl that works there she helped me put on wiperblades, I do recommend this store to anyone, but the girl that works there is a good employee. KEEP IT UP AUTOZONE!

Open late. Helpful staff. Dan always was good to me. Hes been helping me since I was 18 years old with my first car. A shame he switched locations. But I will always continue to come to these guys. Hurray to 10 years of being a customer :)

My air conditioning in my truck suddenly blowing warm air, I purchased a container of r134a from autozone but the gauge on it shows system is full . I read online that it could be a fuse not sure if I could hear the air system clutch kicking in or not. I called , they had it the next AM. I went in and spoke to ED, says , if your not sure of the clutch engage, bring it in later. I did . He says it's not kicking in after sev. On\off tries. We applied the fuse they ordered, and it worked immediately . He suggested we try the r134a since I brought it , and we topped it off. I appreciated Ed's knowledge and expertise. He saved me time and money, and I learned something that I can pass on .

They had everything I needed, quickly and efficiently helped me find it, and were friendly and helpful overall! Somehow, they got me talking about where I'm from and other conversation that helped me enjoy shopping there even more. Expect the employees here to go above and beyond to make their customers happy.

I wrote a very long detailed review on the Facebook, Boardman Talk page, about the assistance I received on NY Eve, from employee, Freddie Lopez, at this Boardman location. As of today, there are over 100 positive comments, & almost 500 people have viewed my post. Obviously, this man has made a major difference in many lives. He went above & beyond to help me out. He was professional, kind, patient, & VERY helpful with my 'crisis'. I have called Corporate already & asked them to pass this along to someone above Freddie. He deserves a promotion or a raise. Hopefully, someone can see what I posted on this page, as it is much more detailed. Thank you for having such a wonderful employee. (p.s. Tiffany was there at the time, and she was also VERY courteous, friendly, & professional).

Great service! Went in this morning thinking I needed a new battery when in fact all it needed was a good cleaning. Thank you Adam and staff for such a great experience-will definitely be back!

Thank you so much to the most helpful staff of AutoZone. They knew what part I needed after a couple of easy questions and then helped me install it for free. This is so much better than going on Amazon because you get the part that day and they show you how it goes in.
