Zach was very helpful. It was busy as they were obviously short staffed. The two working did the best they could to help people as they arrived. I would suggest hiring more help for Saturdays or have additional staff scheduled. I was there for awhile, but it was no fault of the staff. It was obviously due to not enough staff. Customer service can be difficult and stressful at times. I think they handled the rush well. Don't take the good employees for granted or your store will suffer.

I came here a few months ago and tayvon (I really hope that’s his name) was amazing we got all my iPhone data transferred in about an hour! Got excellent deal on my old phone as well! 5/5 amazing staff very friendly and efficient in helping all customers has to be the best us cellular I have been to very well done!
