Had to get a prescription for my daughter. While there a lady was having a very bad day and despite her attitude, the pharmacist did everything to make it right for her. Keep that kindness going it was very humbling to see ❤

I've been happy with this pharmacy for many years now. The Pharmacist, Joe, is very professional and kind.

While they've had some issues with pharmacy staff, and they really were problematic, they're open to feedback and make changes to improve things.

One of the best pharmacies I have ever dealt with. They go above and. beyond to help their customers. Are extremely knowledgable and take the time to really help with any concerns or questions.

The pharmacy is the best I have ever been to. Joe the pharmacist is always very helpful and does not hesitate to lead you to a product out in the store and explain everything about it. I am always surprised as he remembers my name and my wife's. GREAT SERVICE!

Thank you to the pharmacist named Joe! He showed me how to look up manufacturer coupons and took the time to apply one. We are strapped for cash and it took the price down by over half. Thank you so much again!

Basic, straight forward CVS. Very few grocery/cold items. Just a smattering of options. Besides that, it's got the normal aisles of drugstore wares and the pharmacy. It's got a photo center as well. Good service, when I've been there. Lots of parking.

Store is close by my house.. But it is very expensive.... Can drive 2 min furture and get everything so much cheaper... Sometimes buy 4 or 5 dollars... Pharmacy is cheaper then most tho..

My daughter has several disabilities that require her to be on a very expensive medication that also happens to be a controlled substance which means it is expensive and hard to get sometimes. The pharmacy at Oberlin is awful. We have been using them for years because my insurance required it for the best rate and even then we pay $1300 out of pocket for three a month supply. My daughter is now 18 and we have been doing this since she was around 5 or 6. A couple of years ago, more people started using this med, making it difficult to get. When the medication began to become harder to find we were no longer able to do a three month supply, and had to go down to month by month. At no time has the pharmacy ever accommodated us as long-term clients. They make it exceedingly difficult to fill our prescriptions and when we question why things take so long, they give us incredible attitude. I myself have worked over the years in customer service roles and I tend to be nicer than most people because of it. But when I’m being nice and asking a legitimate question and a staff member gives me attitude, that absolutely sends me over the edge particularly when it’s my daughters health at stake. Do not use this pharmacy!!! I will be switching over to LaGrange now that my insurance allows it as it’s a smaller pharmacy and they treat you like a small town should.

We use this CVS because it's close to home. But as of late we realized they are marking UP items. Found a winter/Christmas Snoopy for a gift, got it home, packed it, then looked at tag I took off versus the receipt. Tag said item was 13.99 but they charged 16.99. As if everything there isn't already more expensive than other stores, they are now marking things up more. It's ridiculous and I can't even return the item now that it's already had the tag removed. Guess we will just stop using this store for prescriptions and anything else we need. 👎

Has to be the worst cvs in northeastern ohio. Multiple times they say prescription is filled just to not have the medication in stock. They say they have called and texted but they never do.

2 bad experiences here. Clean store but bad employees. I wanted to add money to my prepaid card and just counted my money before I went in. I get in The young cashier tells me, I don’t have enough and she counts the money twice and still tells me I don’t have enough. I had to recount the money for her to get the right amount. Second Experience just happened today unfriendly as soon as I walk in. Quick to cut me off when I ask questions, just unfriendly. Out of all CVS’s in the Lorain County this is probably the only experience I had like this.

The worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with! Half the time they don't have anything in stock! The staff is completely rude switching to welling riteaide even though it is a further drive for me!

Consistenly terrible service. There's always some issue.
