Had the best experience with the manager and Pharmacy rep. She asked to see 🪪 ID and I showed active Military and it wouldn’t sell me 24hr Claritin, but Driver License fixed the problem; no issues! Knowledgeable and Friendly Staff!! 😇😌

I always shop my groceries at Harris Teeter. Cary west HT always have fresh veggies and fruits. I always love their hot bars.

I'm usually pretty happy with the selection of products. They almost always have the brands that I buy and keep them in stock. They also have things like dry ice, a coinstar machine and their fresh donuts are great.

I have been going to this store for 8 years now. The shelves are well maintained, the vegetables are fresh.
Staffs are patient.

They have a pizza place inside, delicious deli items are available as well. Having Starbucks inside the store is a big plus for star bucks lovers.

I really like this store. Produce always looks good, there are a lot of really great deals but most of all...I dont have to check myself out. I hate that now everywhere you go it's self check out. The stores make more money because they don't have to pay someone to do it but I haven't felt the savings of that in my pocket. Here I dont pay them for me to do the work. I love that!

Always a good store to shop in. I really like the Deli. Good meats and cheeses always cut the way you order it. They have a great selection of products that I can not get at any of the other local grocery stores. The shelves are always well stocked. The store is always clean. They send me, each week, an email with all of the specials which helps me to make good use of my time in planning for meals. Also they have call in or email in an order. They will have it ready when I arrive. They even load it in my car for me. There is a Starbucks and a pharmacy in the store. They even make their own pizza, hot and ready to go. No wonder they do a good business.

I love going to this HT. It's always impeccably clean, fully stocked, and the employees are always courteous, knowledgeable, and incredibly professional! The pharmacy is above and beyond due to their main pharmacist (Hussain) who is super efficient and knowledgeable. Everyone in the pharmacy is excellent. Whoever does their hiring and training obviously knows what they're doing:)

I love HT I get my prescriptions here and most of my groceries. They take coupons, and double coupons! I've been a customer since they first opened. My son grew up there. They always have fresh produce and lots of free samples. The salad bar is nice too.

Best barista ever at the in-store Starbucks! She told me I could enter my Vic card # for points- I never knew that they were available at the Starbucks too! She was super nice and made me a perfect Americano. Love her! Pay her more! She's a gem!!

Excellent customer service! Fabulous seafood options at market price. Vast assortment of gourmet cheeses. Phenomenal bakery with options available to please any palate as well as dietary restrictions. Highly recommend!

The customer service at this location is supreme! There was a bit of a mishap with my cheese tray. The store manager is the shining star of customer service! He was helpful and understanding as I was in a frenzy. I learned a lesson about how to service customers from him! Kudos to you! I will definitely be going back to this location for my future needs!

This is my neighborhood store and thank God for that. The service is always outstanding. When lines become heavy at the deli or check out managers always hop right in to speed things up. When something is out on the shelves they will always check in back without hesitation. John the manager goes above and beyond for his customers and his employees and you feel it when shopping there.

Michael at the deli (unsure if he normally works there, or if he’s more of a manager) was extremely kind and helpful, and made a mean sammy for me 😂! Everytime i visit this store, the employees are so kind and always have me leaving with a smile on my face.

Whenever I would go for shopping here, they had everything that I want. Their cashiers are fast and friendly just like other employees in other section. Overall is one of my favorite place to buy household
