I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Men's Wearhouse in Burlington, NC, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Lewis, Kristina, and Jose went above and beyond to ensure that I not only found a complete outfit but also received top-notch customer service throughout my entire visit.

From helping me select the perfect attire to ensuring it fit just right with expert tailoring, their attention to detail was truly impressive. Their professionalism and friendliness made me feel valued as a customer, and their dedication to making sure I left satisfied was evident at every step of the process.

I was blown away by the level of assistance and care I received during my time at the store. Lewis, Kristina, and Jose are exemplary representatives of the Men's Wearhouse brand, and I highly recommend this location to anyone in need of quality attire and exceptional service. My husband hasn't worn a suit since our high school prom, but needed one for work. We had the best experience working with Jose! His knowledge, kindness, and patience in teaching us everything we needed to know about fit and look was absolutely wonderful. It was a lot of fun with plenty of laughter and good vibes. I highly recommend this store for its warm, clean, and friendly atmosphere. I look forward to going back for my hubby's next suit. 🙂

I have never had service that made me feel so prioritized. Dustin and Marquita were so kind and genuine. I had no idea what to get when I came there aside from a color and they created a perfect outfit. It was honestly a fun experience. I will definitely be back. You guys are amazing.

Wonderful Customer Service! Manager Dustin was Very Friendly and willing to help modify things to your taste. He also put his sense of men’s fashion advice in there as well. Both Dustin and his Assistant were Extremely Attentive. I can tell they both really enjoy their work and they made me laugh while taking care of business and that’s a great thing. Dustin is Really good with kids (my 3yr old) and he made him feel very comfortable with getting measured and had him involved with the process. Will Recommend this location and will be back.

Jose was awesome. He took time to show me several options and even went online to find the perfect fit. Would absolutely come back to see Jose again!

This store is one of the best mens store i have ever been to. The team is phenomenal and definitely knows what they are doing. I highly recommend this store to anyone shopping for mens apparel. Not only will you find great product, but also genuine good service with employees who know what they are talking about. Their energy is contagious and they are definitely here to serve. What a great experience! The customer service was a cut above. Kristina greeted me immediately when entering. Super helpful finding the exact style I was looking for. José stepped in for shoes and measurements and his knowledge and mannerisms took the customer/salesman relationship to a remarkable time! Would recommend this location to anyone looking for that perfect experience to find that suit or tux for your event!

Wow!!! What an experience!!! I went into the University Place store and was greeted by Jose, who assisted me with the tuxedos that my groomsmen and I will be sporting at my upcoming wedding. The service this young man provided was above and beyond! And the time and patience Jose took to give us the exact look we were looking for was simply outstanding. Thank you Jose and Men's Warehouse. You guys made "the look", which is an important aspect of one of the most important days of my life really special, and your customer service was astounding!!

I went in for a suit. I was nervous but Dustin was very professional and knowledgeable. I ended up buying 2 more outfits along with my suit! Thank you so much for all your help 🙏

My experience at this locations was incredible, Lewis consulted with me and was able to pick blazer and dress shirt with the greatest patience, he took the time to give ideas ensure coordination and style and give expert opinions.

Stopped by the store today, just browsing with my four year old daughter. I was greeted as soon I walked in and felt welcome even with my over tired daughter. While we shopped, we were help by Dustin. He was great and extremely patient with us. I value that a lot. Definitely will be shopping there again.
