The UPS Store

This is my local UPS Store and they are always helpful and nice. I can always get in and out of there quickly!

The service was really good. I ended up in the store without any preparation. The representative without being frustrated by how ill-prepared I was, explained to me all the steps I need to carry out and printed the label for me. This all was done with a very warm gesture. This will be my to-go UPS store.

I still continue to be amazed and how wonderful and nice the Korean owners are as well as the staff. As soon as I walk through the door they know me. They're always kind and courteous.

They are conveniently located at MacArthur and Beltline. I have had a mailbox for over 4 years now and greatly appreciate knowing my packages are received at their location safe and sound. The whole team are efficient and very helpful... like at time when I have several packages they will bundle them for me or help bring them to my car. I like how they are able to help me and not feel rushed, they seem to truly care about your service needs. I would highly recommend this store.

*note This is a franchise store not the carrier or delivery person that is someone else so please don't judge or review them based on your experience with someone that is not them or their team member which is totally separate and unfair

I have had a business address there with Alex since 2013, no issues. I also ship almost weekly with him and the overall service is exceptional. It can get busy around lunch time but otherwise just a great experience. Note I pass three other UPS stores on the way to use this place.

It was my first time getting something notarized, the guy in notary was a great help unfortunately I didn’t get his name . He also gave me great advice on how many stamps to use for my envelopes The other guy working with him seemed to be new but that didn’t stop him from being really nice and friendly. I had no problems with him . Everyone has to start somewhere and looks like he has a great coworker to help him .

This is the best UPS store ever! Super polite, extremely helpful.
I had to get a document notarized but I filled out some information wrong on one of the pages, so the guy working there asked me to email the document to him and printed out the page I needed for free! I love that there are businesses out there that really want to help customers. It was a pleasure doing business with them and I would go back anyday.

This UPS store is really awesome and goes above and beyond for their customers.  I've been here a number of times and was always greeted with a smile and professional attitude from Alex, the owner, and each staff member. 5 stars for their attentive services and helpfulness!

This UPS Store has served me well for nearly five years. Alex and his staff are like family. Having a UPS Store mailbox has made my life so much easier by having one place to handle all packages including FedEx and USPS. It feels like the post office in your hometown.

I've used this location for years as my shipping and receiving dept. and have had nothing but consistently great service. Whether shipping or receiving packages for my company or personally, Alex, Justin and the friendly staff handle things efficiently and at reasonable prices.

Of course, the advantage over a PO box or home delivery is that they receive and sign for packages from any shipper and hold for pickup rather than leave it on a mailbox or the porch.

They share the location with Tom Thumb and Chase bank so one short drive gets all the errands done.

They've always been open on time for me.

Alex is so Sweet. I had to wait for a few minutes but when my turn came, He helped me really well. I don’t understand why people start hating on others if they have to wait for sometime, I mean come on folks, they have a lot of work to do too. Be kind

Staff were so F. Awesome. Peter and John, Kudos! I had an issue with the printing label, peter helped me figure it out. I appreciate his patience and his conduct. He is the kind of employee I aspire to be!

Personally I ship from this place any chance I get. I used to work here, and I know the owner legitimately cares about any packages that get shipped out. I know several other stores that wouldn't put in half the effort to follow up with lost packages or any other customer needs.

Wow! These are the nicest people! They saw me getting these large boxes out of my car, and rushed out to help me! They made shipping painless, I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Amazing!

One of the best UPS place. The staff is very polite and helpful. There is a notary also available at the site. Over the store is well kept and meets expectations

These guys are very quick with their processing. Had to return some packages to Amazon and I was in and out in 2-3 minutes with receipt in hand.

Fast service every time. In and out in 2 mins most of the time for package drop-off. Friendly and efficient.
