I am well into my years as a senior citizen. I wanted to write this review two weeks ago but I ended up with pneumonia. I want to put this review in context of my health so you will appreciate my experience with the store and it's fabulous and boys. I am also a man who has brain cancer. Confusion has become my middle name. The representative I've worked with is Steven AJ who is beyond patient and professional and courteous. I was ready to give up a couple of times because there was some things I could not comprehend with switching from a carrier to a different carrier and he made it simplistic for me to be able to understand the basics. It turned out to be an incredibly smooth transition. I only wish I had done this before because a difference with my coverage and the speed compared to spectrum is phenomenal. I would further ad that I was in my car with my new phone not able to figure out how to get the Bluetooth connected. After struggling for about 15 minutes I went back to the store to see if they could give me directions. Steven said he would come out to the car with me which I did not expect nor ask. He offered. And within 30 seconds everything was connected. This man is the epitome of what a customer seeks for hospitality and understanding and the truest sense of the word of what service is it for any part of any industry. I am grateful.

After a terrible experience at the Secor Rd location, walked in and was greeted right away. Totally didn't get the young lady's name. Gave me no hassle regarding my return. Great service! Dino or whatever at the other location could take some pointers.

Alex Dieter is just an angel! He helped us a lot today in the shop to merge the phone number to another account and he is a life saver ! He was super kind, patient and friendly and I hope the management will notice it and give him some extra bonuses!!!!!!

I visited T-Mobile at Franklin Park Mall, Toledo, Ohio, today to transfer data from my old phone to one I'd just purchased. Twane, the person who took the actions I requested, was superb. He was able to assist me while still providing help to others who needed assistance in person and by phone, and he did this while remaining polite, displaying knowledge of processes and products, and appearing calm, friendly, and helpful. What a delight to meet this fine T-Mobile employee and good human being!

Dear T-Mobile,
I visited the store today in an attempt to resolve an issue with my account. Fortunately Jimmy was there to help me and ultimately fix the problem. He was very knowledgeable, professional and smart.
Jimmy was very quick on his feet and diligent too -including two return calls after I had left. He made sure the job came to a successful conclusion .
I would highly recommend Jimmy to anyone needing great service from a true professional.

Stopped in to get some free t-mobile Tuesdays swag. We were kept there quite a little bit, said they had to check us in in order to get the stuff. The sales manager had one of the best attitudes. I said that I wasn't going to buy nothing when we sat down at the table and then after listening to him I was like that man could definitely sell me something, and then he proceeded to. Only time was T-Mobile signal doesn't work the best where I live

There very fast about understanding the phone problem, they also have phone cases and pop sockets if you want to add to the phone! They also have android and apple phones, the atmosphere is very simple but it's always nice to look at. The people are very nice, especially for t mobile Tuesdays and phone trade ins! Thank you to the staff who helped us!

Alexis and Blade were so helpful and went out of their way to help us. I want to thank them both for all their time and patience on my two visits this week.
I will most certainly recommend my friends and family to purchase their phones and internet at this location!

After a terrible experience at a different TMobile store, I went to this store. Their customer service was amazing. I went twice and they had 2 different teams. Both were very very polite, respectful and experienced (especially in talking to customers). They helped me and did not give me the least bit of difficulty. I highly recommend this store. I will never step in the other one again.

I went in thinking I was going to get denied for plan, but guess nope I was approved. My agent and the manger Demetrius were great, both helped me figure out which plan was best for me, since I am a PureRomance consultant they suggested the business plan (which is tax deductible). Again thank you guys.

Thanks Alex for the wonderful customer service yesterday, after a negative experience at another location. You helped me with concerns with my current phone, as well as answered my questions about replacing my phone in the near future.

I have been a long time subscriber to T-Mobile's cell phone service. Today I had to visit my local T-Mobile store here in Sylvania Ohio (store# 8109 on Monroe Street) for a problem with my New Samsung S20 phone.
The service I received from the Manager, Melinda and the Sales Representative Jordon, far exceeded what anyone would consider normal service and they should be commended.
In this day and age, exceptional service seems to have gone the way of the Dinosaur but not in this case.
Most are primarily interested in the Selling of products and not the Service.
Kudos to these fine people AND Professionals.

Always so very helpful. I got my phone at the store on Monroe and whenever I have any problem that one of my grandkids can't solve I go there and they fix it and I like that very much.

The T-Mobile representative on Monroe Street in Toledo actually set up the Internet device before I left the store...how awesome is that!

Sonya was incredibly helpful and friendly....she really tried to solve the issues I was having with my phone. She was very resourceful and I plan to make that store my location of choice in the future!
