The UPS Store

I went in with an Amazon return and didn’t realize I needed to package it myself. Eli was very kind and patient, and he sorted out my return quickly and professionally! This UPS store has the best employees and service.

I took two packages in to return to Amazon.
I had the necessary bar code on my phone before I went in but then it disappeared. A young man named Eli was very patient in helping me locate it on my phone. It took a while but he didn't give up. (I'm 83 and disabled)
We need more people like Eli. 👍🏼

I won an item at an auction, and pieces were forwarded to this UPS store for shipment. The transaction was smooth and prompt. Will use again!

I have a lot of prints and cover sheets made at this UPS store. The work is perfect and always finished in a timely manner. Starr, Karen, and Stephanie are always very courteous and helpful. They make sure everything is 100%. I am a folk artist and this is the kind of help I need for my artwork. After losing our mailbox for the fourth time (we live out of town), we started getting our mail and packages at the UPS store. Best. Decision. Ever! The staff is awesome, efficient and very friendly.

This UPS location has the best staff! I always show up near close with a LOT of packages and they are always quick and professional. Even if there is a line they never seem upset or rushed. Special thanks to the evening folks who helped me over the last two months for the holiday rush - Luke, Stephanie, Anna, David, Joy, Mackenzie, Karen… hopefully I did not leave anyone out!

I had to return an item today and went to the UPS store in Festus. First of all, they have become MY people for shipping and other things. David was excellent as always, fast, friendly, knowledgeable and completed everything to my satisfaction. He has waited on me before, A+ service, and packages always delivered as promised. I live in De Soto MO, I drive here to get the service and positive attitude that I have come to rely on for my shipping needs.

Luke was AMAZING and I promise I can be a hard person to please! I recently started a new position and he knew exactly what I was talking about right away and even knew how many I should order since he had work with the previous person. He was so kind and didnt hesitate to help... It takes a lot for me to write a review but the customer service at this store is something that is hard to find anywhere especially at a chain type business. Phyllis called me to tell me that my order was ready and was super sweet too! I look forward to working with them and know that I can rely on them for all my printing needs. Thank you so much for all of your help, you all deserve a round of applause!

David did a wonderful job helping me get my packages delivered properly. I had labeled both my packages with incorrect mailing addresses. David pinpointed the correct addresses for me and made sure that both packages would be delivered to the proper address. He was very professional and courteous.

I take all my Amazon returns here and they get me in and out fast. Good hours and friendly service.

I own a medical office and was referred to The UPS Store for various print jobs. My staff and I have always been pleased with the quality of work, attention to detail and turn around time we've received. I have gotten to know Jim and many of his staff members quite well, and they are some of the most pleasant professionals I know. I never hesitate to recommend The UPS Store to anyone, whether it is a large or small project. I will continue to work with Jim in the future and feel very confident that anyone I refer will be treated just as well.

I had a custom print order for my daughter’s graduation and I knew that the UPS store was where to go as they did a poster for me for our church fish fry. I brought everything I wanted to be included in the poster and told Phyllis what I wanted but wasn’t sure about the layout. Within a few hours, Starr called me and said she had a proof for me to look at. It was better than what I even had in mind. Starr is very creative and works hard to make sure you get an exceptional product. Thank you Starr for this amazing poster that I plan to show off at our graduation party!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the Festus UPS Store! If you have any printing needs they are your people. From the first time I went in and was greeted by Emilie to picking up my items from Luke it was a fantastic experience. Starr* and Karen worked so hard on all my wedding items and spent so much time corresponding with me to ensure everything was exactly as it should be. Jim also went above and beyond ensuring my envelopes were printed correctly. What a wonderful group of employees at this store helping people’s printing dreams come to life. I went in to mail a package and Phyllis was helping me. She was fast and friendly:). I left the store and noticed I had a missed call. I called back and she asked me if I lost anything and I looked in my phone pocket and noticed that I was missing a $20.00. She said I had dropped it and would put it in an envelope with my name until I could pick it up. Being a Christian, I do the same thing when I find money and always try to find the rightful owner. I truly believe in karma and those that do good things will be rewarded. Thank you Phylis for your honesty and I hope your company appreciates what an AMAZING employee they have working for them in the Festus location. I talked to the owner Jim about your act of kindness. For the last few years, I have used UPS for personal and business mailing needs, project designing, copying and much more. Every one of the employees have provided personalized and wonderful service and have always exceeded my expectations. Jim, the owner, is willing to do whatever is needed to help the customer and his employees seem to follow the same model. I would highly recommend them and will personally continue using their services.

My company ships a lot of small items that are always needed in emergency situations and require next day air shipping. I can always rely on the UPS store here in Festus to take the best care with all of our needs. Stephanie knows my face whenever I walk in and always knows my routine. This is the best customer service store I have ever visited. The employees are incredibly knowledgeable and go out of their way to help especially in tough situations as we had today. Luke was wonderful and is tech savvy. Thank the Lord because I'm not and proud of it. There was another young lady there also that joined in the situation and she too was gracious and helpful..I'm sorry to say I didn't get her name..Thanks again for all you folks.
