Customer service has improved. They seem to care about the customers opinion and depending on the suggestion too.

The 2 young ladies that work there are Extraordinary. Sometimes as consumers we hear what we wanna hear and if we don't get what we want tend to project our negative emotions out on the workers. They are employees of a very. Large corporation and don't make the rules, they just follow the corporates policies and procedures. I have been to this location and others. I prefer this one, and have referred people to their store. I know Kassandra and Kristina will do everything in their power to get me the services I need without the fuss and muss, as well as others. I have heard them handle customer's calls and have seen customers who. Come in thinking they can bully thesen young ladies into giving them what "They" want instead of what is actually being offered. I have see Grown A** adults act so Offensive, Immature and violent for frivolous reasons. These young ladies have made a bad day good just with their Shining smiles and Cheerful attitudes. Everyone has a bad day.
Thank you ladies, and Thank you Metro for them!!! I would be Lost if I didn't see them.

I went in today got helped by a sweet lady named Kristina she was so nice and helpful!!

This is really a great place I've been there and a better assistant manager or manager help me and got me a phone then I was being stupid and I went and changed to T-Mobile itself and they gave me a different phone and a plan and now I'm messed up so I want to go back to Metro on highland this one cuz she really knows about phones

I was having trouble transfering my number my previous carrier didn't want to help me and at metro they fixed the problem quickly. Good job guys
