Electronic Express

Pat is the #1 worker at this location! We’ve ordered a stove, dishwasher and microwave with his help and only his help from this location in the last 6 months. Fast, efficient and easy decision thanks to him. He and the delivery crew are the reason I’m giving this place 5 stars, others could learn from his example.

My husband went to the Hixson store to buy a new Roku because ours was giving us trouble. Keion helped him, telling him the one we bought earlier should work. However my husband went ahead and purchased a new one "just in case". When our adult children got the one we originally purchased working, I returned the second one. Keion was very helpful and professional. I appreciate that he didn't try to push something on us in the first place.

I came to the Electronic Express store in Hixson looking for a commercial washer after researching brands and other stores online. Pat greeted me with a smile and asked if he could help. I shared what I was looking for, and he immediately said "Speed Queen" and led me to where they were. He gave me the rundown on the specs and differences of the available models in such a clear and succinct way, asked good questions to help me decide, and went to verify that the model I chose was in stock. He even came back and shared an additional detail about the model I didn't choose just to ensure that I was fully informed, and then reiterated that my decision, in his opinion, was the right one for my situation. He was kind, quick, personable, and very professional. Go see Pat in Hixson, TN for appliances. That's where I'll be headed if and when I need another one.

Bell at the Hixson store was the best in helping me choose the washer I needed. She is VERY knowledgeable of every aspect of specifications for the products on the floor. Ww are excited about getting the washer delivered this week!

Bell was amazing to work with. I called her from 3.5 hours away. She FaceTimed with me so I could see the electric range was in perfect condition and made sure it was ready for me to pick up later that afternoon. I was extremely pleased with the service provided to me.

We have made a few purchases now at the Hixson store and have had great experiences with nearly everyone we have worked with but this review is actually for the installer of our dishwasher by Drew. Drew ran into a few problems that had to do with our plumbing and was extremely knowledgeable about what we needed to have fixed as well as patient with us in getting it done. If you need to have an appliance installed, I would ask for Drew!

Great deals and great friendly service. The girl at the front, who waited on us, was very nice and helpful. Also, a guy by the name of Mitch, who my husband talked to the day before, was very helpful in assisting and holding an item for us. All the other appliance stores were not able to get the appliance we purchased here until January. Great experience all the way around.

Bell was amazing! She went above and beyond to get us a fridge the same day! She went out of her way to send what she had available in stock and even had a few we could buy from the store directly. Went home with a great deal and a super nice fridge.

After an unsuccessful hunt for a refrigerator through Lowe's and Home Depot, I was so glad to find the Electronic Express. My sister told me about this place because she was so impressed with their inventory and her salesperson, Patrick. Patrick was not there but I was fortunate enough to meet Bell. There was not a question she could not answer. I bought a refrigerator from her on the spot. The price was excellent compared to what I had been looking at earlier. This place is a hidden gem. As much time as I spend on Highway 153, I really wasn't aware that it was there. If they have what I'm looking for, I will buy from them every time.

Ethan, the store manager, was so so so sweet and helpful to my mom and I! He’s very straight to the point and knowledgeable, so he’s there to give insight whenever you need it. My mom and I had no trouble finding a beginner camera for me to practice photography with, and my mom found a really good vacuum, thanks to Ethan’s help. Great customer service :) Electronic Express has been very resourceful each time we’ve visited!

Our salesman was Pat, very knowledgeable, attentive and pleasant. We looked first at your store, then Best Buy. After our visits we decided the purchase factor was the sales person and went back to Electronic Express and made the purchase. Today my OLED TV arrives.

So I have always had a decent experience with electronics express, but today was AMAZING a gentleman named Patrick was so knowledgeable and his customer service was above and beyond! I told him my budget and he was able to help me find a computer right at budget and WAY worth it!! I plan to use electronics express for my future purchases. Thank you again Patrick for your knowledge along with customer service!! It was a “WOW” experience!!

Had a great experience. Bell was able to find us the last item in stock in the company for the washer/dryer pair we wanted and set up delivery within the week. We are very happy.
