Solid Dunkin' Donuts! Parking is tight if it gets busy, but the drive-thru moves quickly enough. They definitely have a great and friendly staff. Everything is usually very fresh and tasty. I've purchased most things on the menu.

The coffee at this location is always fresh and the staff, though young , are incredibly sweet and have good customer service skills.

I use to work for Dunkin Donuts in Middletown NY years ago , the young ladies at the Hyde Park store always have great tasting coffee and the staff is always pleasant and courteous

I think Dunkin' Donuts is one of the most universally consistent chain 'restaurants' out there - whatever you order tastes the same whether it's in New York or Florida. Five stars for this one on Route 9 for pleasant staff, efficient service, cleanliness, and ease of parking. (Their dark roast is the best coffee ever IMHO.)

Cutest Dunkin’ Donuts around my area.. I love coming here & buying my donuts & delicious new refreshers they came out with.. employees are very sweet & never say “no” to you or give you a attitude like other people did in other DD, I went to.

The girl with the blonde hair and glasses, Shannon, handled my interaction in a professional manner. She handled my munchkins with care and prestige. Give her a raise.!! She is an elite member of this crew and I couldn’t imagine this Dunkin without her sunshine and positive aura.

I like the Dunkin' Donuts on Main Street & Market Street, at 6AM them Glaze Donuts are the BOMB!!!!!! lol the morning stuff are pretty good I don't know their names I know I'll edit their names in here when I get an chance and ask them for their name :) I've no complaints!!

Hyde Park D&D on Rt. 9 is the best. Friendly staff. Line can get long, but worth the wait. Perfect every time.
