Three staff members helped me find something I didn’t know the name for. It was clean and had everything I needed.

I came in a few days ago to get some paint for my bedroom and was immediately greeted and helped by a nice girl with black hair and lipstick (wish I knew her name).I'm impressed with how friendly and professional they were and I'll definitely be returning!

Good service , fair to acceptable prices , and a very handsome gentleman works there too , at least at George Urban location ( but he didn't assist me 😆) .

Paula was absolutely amazing! She is a great worker & deserves a raise! She was the only one willing to help me with the paint and other items I needed, and without hesitation made sure I would be happy and have exactly what I wanted before I left. She was so kind and sweet the entire time I was there

I would give 6 stars if I could. Phil is the real mvp, whatever they’re paying him, double it. He helped me get my plate on with just a vice grip after Firestone failed with power tools to do the same. First time I’ve ever been to Valu and I was very impressed.

Paul was very helpful today. He greeted me as I was walking in and asked how he could help, then took me over to the aisle so I didn't have to waste time trying to find it. Very fast and friendly service, including checkout.

I like that all the associates are friendly and helpful. At home depot its hard to find someone to help with carry outs. At Valu they ask you if you'd like help. That's why i prefer shopping there. Prices aren't really any higher and the great service is well worth the trip!

I love shopping at Valu the staff is wonderful. There is a seasoned gentleman that always comes to my aid when I come in. He helped me with a wireless doorbell for my store the other day. Such a pleasure all the time.

Great service. Right size store, reasonable prices. People there go out of there way to make sure you get what you need. Never have to "look for help" like a few other stores in the area. Try it you'll enjoy the experience.

They are always super nice and helpful. Bob in the paint section today went out of his way to answer all of my questions and help get what I needed. Thanks Valu!
