Store was well organized and clean. Lots of accessories for your home and outdoor furnishings to choose from. Big Lots can surprise you with fabulous finds. Cant forget about toys and snack items.

Better organized than most other Big Lots in the Metro Detroit area. The discounted prices are great. I usually shop here for the Fall and Christmas decors which are of great variety and value, especially the Christmas trees and lighting.

Very nice store , lots of stock, the young lady in furniture department was very helpful and friendly!! 🦋 way better than the other stores by far!! Will go out of my way to shop there!!

Big lots of stuff. The remodel is great. It seems they have a new Rewards program that actually gives you good coupons. The cashier was extremely helpful and patient helping me sign up my account.

I love big lots aways have so much good stuff lots of snacks and essentials I always look at there furniture looks nice and good prices The store is pretty clean but only one register open and about 8 people in line woo that sucked the life out of me but no biggie I was going to give 3 stars but I like going here so 5

Big lots was great! The staff was extremely friendly and they had my sprecher soda which is my favorite soda. Needless to say, I will be back soon! Cheers!

Well, I was surprised to see all the nuce thingsbon clearance today. BROYHILL is a nice brand. I love their studf, especially the coach. You can find Broyhill at Big Lots, and they have finance too. They also have nice gourmet section. I am not disappointed.

I was shopping at Big Lots for storage bins and Kieffer and Della were there stocking the shelves. They were so nice and very helpful. I really appreciated that they both took time out to help me, they even gave me the cardboard boxes they had just emptied. I had 2 carts because the first was full with bins and the cardboard boxes and I needed help getting everything to the car. The cashier, whose name I did not get, helped me out to the car and loaded the items I purchased while I was loading the trunk with the cardboard boxes. This Big Lots, in Clinton TWP on Gratiot, is a very nice store.

Cerenity did a great job. She was answering the phone and helping customers. We need 10 of her. She seemed like she was under pressure with the crowd but she kept a very sweet and personal attitude. Great job sweetie ❤

One of my favorite stores. I went to browse, ended up buying a carpet cleaner & a few other things. The store was immaculate, very impressed. Always happy to shop there! *EDIT* I went back the next day and bought a sofa. They subcontract out the delivery, its $65 COD. It took alot longer to get my delivery because they're fax machine was down the day I made my purchase. After not hearing from them within the 48 hours I was told, I called and left and unreturned message. I called Big Lots the next day and they got it straightened out. I finally received my sofa yesterday.

I love big lots. I feel home when im there. Although, this one is running out of cool decor. That makes me sad. They used to have great decor. But maybe because I'm there all the time I've seen it all. But anyways, great place to shop you'll find some great stuff! The staff are welcoming. Place to go for a peaceful shopping experience.

My wife and I purchased a living room set online and the order was cancelled because half of the sectional was unavailable. My wife called the store and Mitch did some digging and found the other piece of the sectional at another store. He told us to come into the store and re order and his furniture manager Delon would take care of it. We went in and Delon was on top of things. Started calling stores to find that piece. He had to step away for other business and set us up with Desiree. In just a few minutes, she had our sectional located, and delivery scheduled. We even got the online pricing. Best retail experience I have had in ages.

It was great it had everything under the sun there we went in went through the store down what we needed plus a couple extra things employees were very helpful place was clean will working iced I will go back
