AT&T Store

I have to say that the 3 young men at this store are God sent. The 3 of them were very kind and patient to this 70 yrs old senior. I accidentally locked my phone and couldn't get it unlocked. Zack, Austin and Khalil did all they could to help. They cared enough to send me to a another source so that I would not loose my contacts. Since , they wouldn't let me buy them lunch, I decided to give them 5 stars. My phone is finally unlocked. . Thank you Austin, Zack and Khalil. You are rock stars to me!

Salesmen went out of his way to take care of my situation. He was very nice and professional. I returned back to the office and he helped me to reset the new phone that I had to get. I needed to update my phone. He walked me through it all. I was very impressed by the way that he took care of me.

Employees here are super professional and made sure i understood the entire upgrade process. Thank you for being amazing

Kaitlyn was great from the beginning to the end of my shopping experience. No waiting, answered all my questions got the phone I wanted. Even got a few accessories to go with it. Transferred all my stuff to my new iPhone for me. The manager was also great. She told me about the discount for working at a school which was very nice. Great experience all around.

Zack was great, the manager Dominique was amazing.

Kaitlyn was absolutely amazing. She helped us upgrade an old phone to a new iPhone with ease. I was dreading this process but she made it painless and we were in and out in half the time we expected. Best in store carrier experience we’ve ever had.

I recently went in to upgrade my phone and had a great experience from the moment I walked in the door and was welcome by the staff within a short period of time. It wasn't more than 10 minutes before being helped with what I went in for. The employee, Alex, helped me set-up my new phone and took the time to review my account and even lower my bill. Definitely will continue to go to this location for future help.

Watch out! The employees at this store lied to me in order to make a sale and cost me $1000. I had to jump through a lot of hoops after they blatantly lied to me about a promotion they were running in order to make the sale. After I did the transaction it was discovered 4 months later that they had lied and now I'm out of $1000 and they did nothing to rectify the issue. I tried calling them several times and they hung up on me and told me managers would call me back and they never would. Avoid at all costs.

Edit: The store owner reached out to me and provided me an email to contact. I contacted them and they took care of me and credited my account the full amount and took care of me and made this situation right. I am very happy with how it worked out and I am happy to edit this to a 5 star experience after a really negative thing happened.

Great customer service. Once you walk in the door everyone greets you and makes you feel welcomed! Alex was very helpful with setting up all my new devices and taking his time to restore all my photos and videos. I highly recommend coming to this AT&T store location for future help with anything!

Extremely helpful staff, well versed on all products. Very friendly. Went above and beyond to solve my issues with service. AT&T’s network went down and they took my number and called when it came back online so my issues could be resolved, excellent experience and would absolutely recommend others to this store. Fantastic customer service! Greeted and acknowledged immediately (3/13). We’re not from the area; stopped at this location Bc I was having an issue. Ramone answered every question without hesitation or sign of aggravation. We also had lots of help from another female worker (pls forgive me, I forgot her name but she does have an adorable 6 yr old! :) Both associates should receive raises and be acknowledged and recognized as true assets to your company for their impeccable customer service skills, knowledge of products and plans as well as their consistent friendly, pleasant demeanor.
As someone who works in customer service, my expectations as a customer are very high. They have exceeded my expectations and by doing so, are responsible for (3) upgrades and multiple accessories. Again, being from out of town, I easily could have resolved my issue and left, to do my upgrades etc when I returned to NEW JERSEY!

Went here for a few things and was very satisfied with the customer service. The guy that was helping me was Alex and he was very knowledgeable about what he was selling me and helped me in every way I needed! Wouldn’t go to a different store if someone paid me

The two employees there, (one was the Manager) were absolutely fantastic. They helped me set up a hotspot for the business. I was totally clueless about how it all would go but when I left I knew exactly what I was getting into.

Came in with questions about switching cable service and the staff here were all polite and professional. I was sat down by one of the reps who greeted me well and they wrote out the pricing and package deals for me and gave me an estimate of how much my TV bill will be with AT&T Directv and I absolutely loved it. I’m saving a lot of money now and I’m glad I came here and switched!

This was a great experience! I don't usually write reviews, but Laquetta was so helpful today and had the answers to all of my questions. She did not try to be pushy or sell me something I did not want. She actually listened to what I wanted and I walked out of the store completely satisfied!

Alex was a great sales rep when I came into this store location. He was very patient and greeted me with a warm welcome and wasn’t pushy. He answered all my questions and got my new phone set up in less than 10mins! Please come see Alex at this AT&T location if you need help with anything!!!

Best customer experience I've had in a long time! Went to upgrade my iPhone and they showed me the new Samsung Galaxy S10 and all the awesome features. Not only did I get a BOGO deal, they hooked me up with a Samsung tablet AND a Galaxy watch!! They really took their time with me and made sure I was good to go.... Consider me a repeat customer!!
