Came in a few days before Thanksgiving with no phone no service and left with a device with the case and glass put on for me highley recommend buying from Donovan!

My nephew broke his phone. Donovan was there alone. Their grandmother pays for the line. She was having a very difficult time understanding upgrade eligibility and retail pricing. When I tell you he took the time to detail, explain it. And it took a lot of time. He was so kind tender and patient with her. What exemplary service. I was frustrated with her. He got her to finally understand. We reached an understanding and a solution. It was not easy. He is truly an ANGEL!! He went so above and beyond. What a blessing!!

The manger Donovan is wonderfull! He helped me get gifts for my grand kids!

Donovan and Alice were absolutely amazing when I came in needing to get a phone as quickly as possible and as cheaply as possible. I explained what my budget was and the two of them helped me to get exactly what I needed and they did it with the most Pleasant and helpful attitudes. Anytime I've gone into that store I have always felt welcome and by the time I leave I feel comfortable knowing that I have what I need and if I don't that I can always come back and get help from them. So thank you Donovan and Alice for being such great customer service employees and really caring about your job. I wish it was possible to give more stars.

Only positive experiences at this location. I have dealt with 2 different staff members and they gave the best advice only to benefit myself by having a better phone. My phone was so outdated and my storage was completely full but the man working that day still took his time to try his best to create storage for me and I was there for about an hour and he never gave up. His attitude stayed positive and he was professional, polite and extremely helpful. I went into the store feeling so frustrated but left feeling great about the help I received and the great advice I was given.

I would leave more stars if I could for the manager Donovan at this 1091 Norfolk location. I came in looking for the best deal I could for a phone plan for my son. Donovan was extremely knowledgeable of every device in his store, as well as the plans the devices entailed. He worked out a plan according to what I could afford. I was even able to get insurance for the phone as well as merchandise to protect it from damage. I want to thank Metro PCS immensely for having such knowledgeable employees with great customer service skills. Donovan was professional, sincere, knowledgeable, and funny. Everything needed for a fantastic employee. Again, thank you so much for excellent customer service. I will recommend Metro PCS to family and friends...but especially to 1091 Norfolk location 😊

Great customer service by Donovan, worked with me on what I wanted and needed in a phone as well as my price range. Highly recommended CSR to work with whom will help you quickly, efficiently. Don't be afraid to discuss your budget and needs, he'll try to fit them.

I was lucky to have Donovan help me with quite a lot of issues with my cell phone and plan. He was absolutely delightful and very knowledgeable. This will be the only metro store I come to if I need any problem solved. THANKS DONOVAN!!!

A lady name Ms. Kim helped my wife and I as we are old schooled when it comes to technology. And let me just tell you how much of terrific job she did on her customer service. She is amazing. Very tech savvy. Even had customers waiting 30 mins because they said they only want to deal with her, surprised me when a fellow customer told me they drive past 5 Metro’s to come see her because she is patient & doesn’t act like lack of knowledge of technology is bothersome. I will recommend her over and over again. Even gave us her worker phone number in our phones if we ever got stuck to just send her a ring. Thank you Ms.Kimberly for helping us with your great customer service. You are a gem.

My previous phone decided to just up and cease functioning properly. Neither the Phone nor Text Messaging app work any longer after the most recent system update for it (A Nord OnePlus), although every single other app worked perfectly fine and I absolutely need a phone for work.

I came in, Donovan got me hooked with the cheapest option I could afford which still ran me a bill of $112, but he was quick, helpful, and to the point, and for that I couldn't be more grateful for that.

This 5 Star is for him, not for Metro.

I had an issue with my phone that I suspected was the SIM card. I brought it in, and Ty quickly and professionally determined that it was the card, and replaced it for me. He had a great sense of humor and managed to help me and keep two other customers happy at the same time. I will return to this location in future!

Alice was Awesome! - Really got me reset with new phone and other items, as she was multitasking with 3 customers at once.
