H-E-B Pharmacy

My dad was having issues getting his eye drops from Walgreens, and as a healthcare worker who works night shift he cannot have pressure build up in his eyes. He was mocked and hung up on. This HEB pharmacy was amazing! Parker assisted in taking down his info and making sure the medication was filled at a reasonable price and time. I appreciate everyone at this pharmacy and their dedication to making sure people get the level of care and service that they need.

The entire Pharmacy Team is amazing. They work so hard and really care!! I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly recommend. Kevin is so nice and his team is the best!!

Always friendly! I have used HEB Pharmacy for the past 5 years. Their customer service is always exceptional. The pharmacist is very patient when answering any questions I may have. On the rare occasion that the pharmacy didn't have a medication in stock, they were able to order it and have it there the very next day.

No better pharmacy anywhere! The service is unbeatable. The pharmacists and staff genuinely care. Kevin and Kelly always exceed expectations. My family has gone through multiple surgeries recently and received cards from the whole staff. Never seen this before. Not to mention remembering birthdays. The staff gets to know you and welcomes by name. Could go on and on, but if you don't use them now, highly recommend switching.

The HEB pharmacy on Fry Road is the best pharmacy I have ever had! When I call, I receive individualized attention. Kevin the pharmacist is very knowledgeable and he actually cares. I don’t know her name, but the girl that answers the phone is always so sweet, professional and patient! I would like to THANK Kevin and the rest of the Cypress HEB pharmacy team for going above and beyond!

Couldn't be more happy with the pharmacy. Everyone that works there is not only friendly, but very knowledgeable and are never too busy to give you as much time as you need. They go out of there way to care for their customers to the point that you find it hard to believe. They take time to remember customer's names and happily make suggestions on medications, plus always stop to talk with our child (which is very nice). Kevin and Kelly really create a real, small town pharmacy-to-customer feel, which is so easily lost these days. Couldn't be more happy with the duo and their team.

A huge thank you to the store manager who went far above and beyond to help me jump my stalled vehicle that so inconveniently died in the curbside spot this afternoon!

The staff and both Pharmacists (Kelly and Kevin) take a genuine interest in your personal health and overall well-being.
I have had numerous follow up telephone calls which is unfortunately very rare vs 15-20 years ago.
Kelly and Kevin know my family by name.
I would drive across town to use this pharmacy because of the staff.
They also have a two lane drive thru and I've never waited longer than five minutes picking up an RX.
I HIGHLY recommend using this pharmacy. You will not be disappointed.

This is the best pharmacy I ever been to, even better than some of the independent one. This particular HEB pharmacy take customer service to whole new level. Kevin Vu, the pharmacy manager went above and beyond what a pharmacist would do. He has great bedside manner and down to earth. He would try to find coupons and discount programs to get the best price for your medication. I will be sending everybody to this pharmacy because of the excellent customer service from Kevin Vu and his staff !

This is the best pharmacy! Everyone who works there are so attentive and kind. They go above and beyond! My son has a chronic condition and requires many medications but everything is always filled and kept in stock for us. Thank you HEB Pharmacy 709 for being so kind to our son.

The most incredible pharmacy I have ever had. Kelly & Kevin are INCREDIBLE as are their staff. They truly care about each & every person. I drive 25 miles from Katy to go to this pharmacy because of its staff.

I switched from Walgreens to H.E.B because the DRUGSTORE charged $25. co-pay that used to cost less than $3. It was suggested by my doctor to check H.E.B., which I did. They charged the less than $3 price. Walgreens said it was my insurance. You would think a drugstore chain would have a better price negotiation than a grocery store. I love ♥ my H.E.B.

Best pharmacy staff I've experienced. These guys juggle things amazingly well and always have a professional and helpful attitude.

I always come here to get the medicines for my son and my mom. . Everyone here Kevin, Jennifer and Orkidia are very helpful and knows what they are doing. They provide great service and shows concern that makes me come back again and again. . Thanks a lot and keep up with the good work :)

Quick recognition to a wonderful pharmacy. Jakob in particular is the best pharmacist I have ever had; goes above and beyond for his customers.

This is absolutely amazing HEB. The way they responded first to COVID and later to Texas freeze is admirable. Their employees are at the heart of everything they do and it shows. We love this HEB❤

I used to go to the other well known stand alone pharmacy but the service here far exceeded my expectations. I don’t know why I didn’t think to use this pharmacy before.
