I have been with AT&T for over 3 years and have never had a pleasant or helpful experience in-store. I walked into this store with a completely shattered phone ready to argue my way to a better deal on replacing it but I was met with Tim (I believe this was his name). Tim gave me multiple options on replacing my phone and provided me discounts that I’ve never been told I was eligible for. Tim was completely knowledgeable, caring and the nicest AT&T employee I’ve ever been in contact with. Thank you everyone at this store for helping me and especially Tim for taking the time out of his day to work with me patiently !!

This review comes with a story. My fiancee has an IPhone that had us visiting the Apple Store Genius Bar too much. After it acted up again and I had another visit scheduled I decided to drop by ATT. I usually go to Dulles Mall (they are great) but this one is open later and I got in just before closing. The rep told me how I could get a great trade in on an IPhone 13 so I took the offer up. As the phone was not in stock the rep told me ATT has a third party - Enjoy Phone Service (ZERO stars) - that would deliver and provide initiation services. Well today I got a call and the gentleman said I was first on his list and I would meet him about 1. By 3 I had already put two calls directly back to him, hetting only voice-mail. At 4 I called the Enjoy main line and they said it had been dropped off. I was in shock (registered my complaint with HQ) then grabbed the phone and headed back to this ATT and was glad I did. Drew saw me (after a few minute wait) and when I told him my story he looked over and said, avoid Enjoy. Then he helped me set up new phone (dealing with glitches along the way) and made sure I was set for needed elements like charger (Apple being itsususlself Nothing from 11 works on 13. All the considerable time involved Drew carried on a great discussion about Silicon Valley and Hollywood so the time passed quickly and I learned something. C-Suite takenotice of the gem you have in Drew. I certainly am happy Enjoy screwed up because I am SURE even if the delivery guy had not lied to me the knowledge, accoutrement and advice would all have been inferior. Any mobile needs (the more complex the better) head to this ATT and make sure you ask to have Drew take care of you. Blue chip service indeed. Keep up the good work.

PS after posting went back and read other reviews and I see (happily) that I am not the only customer to commend Drew. Gold Star!

PSS Final addition, after seeing Drew commended again and again I was pleased that management read the reviews and responded. However it was a pattern of "all our associates are here to help" While I applaud not creating jealousies on the floor good management has to reward distinctive individuals and hold them up as an exemplar. I am hoping the response to.this review by management breaks the previous pattern and recognized the individul.not just the team. Teamwork is great, leadership essential. Find and reward your leaders like Drew, it pays back in spades.

I went to this location to upgrade my phone. Michael (Mike) Melendez helped me from beginning to end. He was very professional and genuine with all the questions I had. I originally went in to upgrade to the iPhone 14 Pro, because I thot that the iPhone 14 Pro Max would make me look like a toddler holding an iPad. Well well well to my surprise it didn’t and after Mike went over all the specs and showing me the size comparison I went with the IPhone 14 Pro Max. They did not have in stock the color I wanted. Mike ordered it for me and even had it delivered to the store (because of my work schedule I was afraid to have it just sitting outside of my house). He explained my upgrade fees and explained how everything would be broken down for my payments. Offered me the AT&T protection plan (which I’m going with and getting rid of my old plan). He even went over extra gadgets I could get (Apple Watch, IPad, and even showed me how their live streaming service works). Personally Mike didn’t make me feel like a “customer” he was trying to swindle (like most sales people). He made me feel like a long time friend, even family. Thanks for the great service Mike.

So when I went to the store the other day, I went up and asked if they had bagels and cream cheese. The bagels I ordered came out and were inside of the brown plastic bag. The bag was filled with grease and while walking to my car the bag broke and the 7 bagels started rolling away! What do I do?? I thought to myself. I panicked and grabbed my nearest cream dispenser. Luckily I was right next to an AT&T and they had the perfect selection of internet. I went inside and got their finest internet so I could get information about what I should do with my bagels and my cream dispenser. With the help of AT&T, my day was instantly better. I would recommend this internet service company as they helped my get my bagels back. It was a bad day for the bagels but an even better one for AT&T. AT&T 1, Bagels 0.

I went to switch carriers, and to get the new iPhone 14 Pro Max. Along with the iPad Pro and ultra watch. My customer service experience with Ben was amazing, and extremely exceptional. That store knows what they're doing, and are very educated about the products. Corey the manager had an amazing attitude, and are very helpful with the process!! Both Corey and Ben made my transition to AT&T effortless, and I came out with all 3 devices! Great experience there, definitely recommend it. And happy to be apart of the AT&T family!

To whom it may concern, I am in the tech services industry and believe it is very important that when someone is better than good at their job, they need to be recognized. Today, I visited this AT&T store and had the pleasure of speaking with Drew Tobin. I asked Drew some pretty complex questions regarding my account and about particular devices. Drew is the epitome of what customer service is all about. Drew is not only friendly and approachable, but provided very knowledgeable/detailed answers to each of my questions and helped me think through each of my options. AT&T is as good as each customer's experience ... people like Drew make AT&T look really good. Make sure you do what is necessary to keep him happy because he keeps your customers happy!

I had gone in for a phone upgrade, and left with a lot more than I anticipated (in a very good way). When I arrived I was helped by Drew and let me tell you this man is the AT&T equivalent to Ryan Reynolds - he had it all. Attention to detail, personable, knowledgeable about the ins and outs of AT&T, devastatingly handsome (but I guess that doesn't particularly matter in this situation). I was on an old plan and Drew hooked it up big time allowing me to have more and pay less, as well as get my phone upgraded to a newer model & assist with all setup needs. Definitely will be back to this store again.

(Obviously some things in my review were meant to be a bit comedic - but in all seriousness Drew was a very helpful AT&T Rep and made my entire experience much more enjoyable)

I had a great visit at this store. I was helped by Drew Tobin. He not only added my Apple watch to my cellular account, but he also helped me to activate it, and set it up for immediate use. Drew went above and beyond to help me understand the featues and how to use them. This visit was textbook perfect. We need more young, bright, and enthusiastic people like Drew Tobin.

I recently visited the AT&T store at the Dulles Retail Plaza to get help with a troublesome problem with a newly-purchased phone, purchased through a third-party AT&T representative. After eight phone calls and visits to three stores, I was at a loss on how to resolve the issue. Hamza Zekraoui assisted me with the resolution. And, boy, did he assist me! What could not be fixed by a multitude of other customer reps and porting specialists was fixed in that one visit. It took hours, and stretched the limits of his abilities, but he stuck with it, even working after his allotted hours, to fix the problem. I am retired. However, If I was still working as a project manager, I would have offered him a job to come join my team on the spot. It wasn't only just his vast knowledge of the technologies used in AT&T's systems. More than that, it was his tenacity, compassion and his tremendous willingness to try so many different approaches to resolve what should have been someone else's problem. His work ethic is unquestionably superior. I highly recommend him and the entire team at this store to provide the best possible customer service.

What a great experience! The best time to get a new phone is not necessarily when yours has crashed. Unfortunately, that was my situation. Keith Haupt, the store manager, is a true wizard and great mentor to the 2 new employees he was supervising. This potential disastrous event (for me) turned into the easiest experience in my many new phone acquisition experiences to date. Keith deserves much thanks and appreciation for leading us all to a very successful resolution - Keep it up and Good Luck!
