I needed 4 ft fluorescent light bulbs and had no idea what I was looking for. The young man that helped me was a lifesaver. He was very polite and helpful, answered all my questions and safeguarded my items from the rain.
I will be coming back again for all my hardware needs.

Very friendly and super helpful. The owner makes sure not only I get what I’m looking for but also that it is precisely what I need for an perfect fit, when it came to buying missing bolts for a kitchen island or parts for a hose connection to a kitchen faucet.

6 stars. I had gotten a silverware holder hopelessly stuck inside a drawer to a kitchen island. It wouldn't go in, and it wouldn't come out. I tried hammering, drilling, clamping. Everything. No luck. M&M set everything straight within 5 min. Best hardware store in NYC!
