I've been a patron of Prosoul Games now for a few years. They are one of the best game stores I have ever had the pleasure to go to. If they don't have something in stock they'll order it for you. If you don't know what you're looking for they'll talk you through your options. The customer service is truly impeccable. I never felt like I needed to buy anything or that I wasn't welcome if I didn't. They host wonderful events often that are family friendly and safe. You can tell that the staff and the owners truly care about their community and it shows in how they treat their customers with care and kindness. Support your local game shop folks! Thank you guys for being great.

Bought like 120 dollars worth of stuff online for magic the gathering and DnD which they also have a pay in store option. They will hold onto your product so it doesn’t sell out if you’re working that night. Also please parents who kids are getting in MTG, DnD, warhammer, and other games like them. Please support your local card shops over Walmart and other corporations. It not only keeps them open but they provide a safe and friendly place for your kids to play cards etc. the staff I talked to on the phone was very kind and professional.

Pretty cool place, first time in and a staff was great, a great selection of games from card games to board games and more. I'm excited to make this one of my new primary spots.

Nice store. Had a decent selection of games, had every DnD 5e book I could want, and even a little paint corner for your minis

Stopped in while visiting from Tx, let me tell you we are not disappointed with the games recommended to us by the two gentlemen working. They were extremely friendly and very welcoming and the games (unmatched and unlock) they recommend have been nothing but fun. They provided us a demo card game Unlock, we had a blast with it! We will definitely be reaching out to see if we can purchase more unlock cards/games in the future and see if we can get them shipped so we can continue to support their business. My first pre-release since M13 and they did not disappoint me! Entire crew for the lord of the rings event last night were spot on! The L1 was knowledgeable and on point and a great time was had if you haven't stop in and say hi it's worth it! Thanks a ton it was worth the drive from Boise. Thanks again Norm

Okay what made me go into this shop for the first time was seeing Pokémon outside. I was like ohhhhhh. If I can say I am so happy I did go inside. Amazing staff and what a great store. I can't wait to come back to Ontario to go back to this shop. Keep being amazing!

Great local game store with extremely knowledgeable, helpful staff. Great selection and able to order anything they don't have on the shelf (e.g. obscure Pathfinder source books). They can always help us find something fun and they're a great part of the community!

This is a wonderful game store. One of the best in the treasure valley. Great selection of board games and role playing game books. The customer service is where they really shine. The employees are always very nice and helpful.

I stopped in Ontario for the night and googled "Board Game Stores Near Me." ProSoul games popped up less than a mile from the hotel. The game selection is smallish but very high quality. A nice mix of complex and light games. What made the experience was the kilted Andrew who was manning the store. He was very friendly and we enjoyed a very cool conversation about all things gaming as I looked through the games. He was very knowledgeable about all the games and couldn't have been a more gracious host. This store knows customer service and puts the F in FLGS! Well done ProSoul!

I brought my family in and had a wonderful experience. The gentleman that helped us ( Steve, I believe) was extremely helpful. He even let our family try out the board game in the store before we bought it. You can not match this excellent customer service. I live out of state and will be ordering offline from their business.

I have been coming here since June, the owners have been nothing but great. I can make a phone call and get anything ordered I need. Ashton goes above and beyond as an owner making sure that all patrons are satisfied with what they have gotten from the store. My first stop for anything game related, and the first recommendation when anyone asks me where to get game supplies.

First time in, absolutely wonderful customer service. I am not by any means a gamer of any sort and have no knowledge about anything. My boys however LOVE Pokémon and Magic cards right now. We are not from around here; we’re traveling from Nevada and we popped into the Mexican restaurant next door (which is also really good). My 7 year old immediately saw a Pokémon sign on the door and begged to go in. It was already past their closing time AND a Saturday so I told him maybe next time. We went in and ate and as we were leaving he went and was staring in the door, to which the owner came out and told us technically they’re closed but that he does what he wants! 😂 He told me they have family game nights for all ages Saturday evenings FREE! Which is absolutely amazing! We actually just missed it but that is still note worthy.
We continued on in and my boys geeked out over all of the cards. Andrew is the name of the guy working and he was absolutely wonderful answering ALL of my boys’ questions (5 & 7) so there were a TON. He showed them different card games and talked to them about the ones they already like. Then he told me he would sale us over 500 Magic cards for $7! Which if anyone has bought game cards in store know how expensive they’re and know that a 5 & 7 year old don’t take the best care of them so it was a great deal! Overall a wonderful experience and I’m grateful that both the owner and Andrew were so welcoming to my children and helped ignite their love for something other then a internet game! Please visit this ‘mom and pop’ business!

Love the game nights and any other event I've been to here! Always well run and starts in a timely manner. When I do bring my young children, there is always an appropriate demo game on the shelf, and they love it!

Great to have a local game store in Ontario! The employees are awesome and they have a good selection of Magic, D&D, and many types of board games. They have a game room in back and run Magic events along with other events.

Friendly group of people. Amazing experiences with the various game events they host. Very kid friendly. Great snack and drink selection. Magic the Gathering, Pathfinder Society, D&D Adventure Leauge, Warhammer, and Board Game Nights are just a few of the many events they host on a weekly basis. Great for a family night out with the kiddos or a date night with your sweetie ☺

I went to their stand at the Emmett Cherry Festival and was really impressed by their setup. The staff are super cool and knowledgable and were alot of fun to talk to. I will definitely be stopping by the main store and reccommend my friends to as well.

These guys are some of the most friendly, community oriented groups I've known. They are super friendly always willing to listen to your input, and will always help you when you have a question. They have always been able to give me input on a game, and do special orders.

They have an amazing selection of games including a whole wall you can demo for free. Weekly tournaments with games for kids and adults and a welcoming community of players. Best game shop around!

I love this store. The owners are so nice, understanding, and willing to teach. My husband and I have made a permanent place for us there. They have a large variety of games such as, magic the gathering, key forge, pokemon, war hammer, dungeons and dragons, and pathfinder. And that's not even all of the games they hold events for in one week. They have many high quality board games such as settlers of Catan, werewolf, red dragon inn, pandemic, tsuro, and code name. Anything from family games to serious gamer games, they've got. If you are into painting minis for any games you play they also carry perfect paints and brushes for any mini project you can think of. They also have a variety of large minis, small minis, and even very well priced second hand minis. If you are someone who is looking for a new home to play games at this is your place, I love it so much and they create such an amazing sense of community!!!!
