AT&T Store

The customer service was exceptional. My issues were resolved and I saved money.

Jason and Christopher are top notch! We have been in here a few times and everytime we arrive we feel like family! They always have answers to our questions, and if they don't know they will definitely go above and beyond to find the answers and help you!

Upon entering the store, we were greeted as we entered the door. All the staff was willing to help us, recommend the new phone I wanted, pros and cons Apple vs Android. While transferring and updating the new phone with the old phone, the staff also helped give information about the stores tv provider DirectTv to my uncle. The staff was very nice, answered all questions, went above and beyond what we had expected.

I was helped immediately as I walked into the store. My cell had created a PUK SIMCARD message and I was completely unable to use it. I received help quickly and professionally
He also suggested that I try a SamSung Smart Watch, and I am considering that. I wish I remembered his name to commend him directly. He deserves a raise.

We received good service. Took a little while for our phones to completely change over from our other provider and from old to new phones but so far, the service is great, and cheaper than what we were paying with T-mobile.

The buying experience was pleasant, no pushy salespeople and very knowledgeable. They took their time explain everything and made sure everything was to our satisfaction before we left.

I tried to change some info on my account online and order a new tablet. Sent my I.D. through the link from AT&T. Confirmed my order, everything was good. Went to bed. Woke up the next day. AT&T canceled my order, which should have been here by now, but is not. Also I had to take time from work to go fix the issue in-store. Not for nothing, the gentleman who helped me was 10 out of 10 AWESOME Dude! but I still had to miss out on money at work. If someone sends their I.D. in through a verification link and gives all their information requested, spending time to do that.. maybe give them a courtesy call before you cancel their order. I would rather have had the option to confirm identity over the phone instead of being forced to go into the store. I quite my last job and started my own business because my old boss forced me to do a job and loose money on it. Don't make this mistake with me again, I will gladly find another service provider. No sweat off my back. Value is everything. Diminish your value to me and I will take my money somewhere else. Do better.

I'm requesting that the owner of this store take his sign down that he or she is opened on Sundays. I came to the store on Sunday at 1:45pm to purchase a phone and the business was shutdown tight.
