AT&T Store

My experience at this branch was great! Friendly and very attentive staff! I was helped by Moe and he truly delivered exceptional costumer service he quickly took care of my request and was prepared to answer all of my questions and recommend the right products for my needs. I will be coming back to this branch.

I just got into the store and I found that guy with a beautiful shiny smile and he really made my day initially I was concerned that my unique situation would be impossible to remedy. Until I explained it all to Mukhtar he knew exactly what I needed to do and was there every step of the way explaining and presenting possible solutions that I didn't even know were possible. Once thank you so much for your help I truly appreciate it.

Mukthar (Spelling?) was a great help. He was very patient with my daughter and her cracked screen phone. They had difficulty getting the phone to unlock, but he persevered and got everything transferred to her new phone. He put a real personal face on what is usually a robotic type interaction.

I had a great experience with Mokhtar today. I've been having issues with my bill both for wireless and internet. He explained everything with patience and cheer that made my day. Thank you so much for a great experience and customer service.

Mo treated me with exceptional customer service. He answered all my questions with thorough feedback. I appreciate his efficiency in all aspects of her customer service especially during these busy times with the drop of the new IPhone 14. His attitude and demeanor goes unmatched! This store has an excellent customer service! 5 stars for Mo and for the staff at this store!They are very friendly and empathetic with your issues. They took their time to solve a problem we had, and they even gave us something for free understanding our concern. If you want a wonderful customer service, I recommend you to go to this store. Michael was amazing! I was met with a smile and a friendly demeanor upon entering the store which set the tone for the visit. Mariah and Mo were awesome today. My phone loss cell service on a busy work day and I ran to the ATT store on Sam Houston Tollway. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes and they were super friendly!

Honestly I never go in to a store but saw a flyer on my door that said I qualify for fiber at my address and with this teams help I was able to upgrade my speed and working from home has been a million times easier! Thanks for the help you guys!
