I opened a new account with a new phone a few months ago at this store and recently had to go back to get my screen protector replaced. Great customer service both times! Nick did an outstanding job replacing the screen protector. No bubbles!

Best CS ever! We went in with my dads phone not wanting to charge, and 3 of us came out with new iPhones, Apple Watches and lower phone bills. I live in Alaska and I have AT&T bc that’s my only option and haven’t always had awesome customer service but this young lady at the Burien store (Melanie or Mallory?) went above and beyond! Very thankful for the time she spent answering questions and educating her customers instead of just trying to sell the newest and shiniest product. Keep it up!
