Been coming to this Verizon store on Hamlin for a few years and Michelle the Manager has never disappointed me. She has always been very kind, informative and helpful. I also took my mother in law here today and she helped her upgrade her phone and answered all her questions! Great service by Michelle!

Michelle was THE BEST! she took her time and got me the best deal she could
I have been with the competitor since 1998 and the personal service is just not the same
But Michelle just went over and above and in doing her job
I like that her store is local

Michelle is amazing. She’s always great to work with her her personality her attitude she’s great that’s why we’ve been coming here for probably close to 10 years. We only deal with her because we trust her.

Michelle was a huge help to me...I came in with a like new phone that I bought online...only it was not like new it was used and would not work...at that point I told Michelle i am not leaving until I have a new phone looking for a bit of a discount Michelle signed me up for a Verizon credit card and I purchased a waterproof shock proof phone ..this way I can pay with no interest in a few months My new phone should be delivered to the Hawley store tomorrow

Michelle and Jagger are the ultimate professionals.
