The best phone and customer service in lake Charles. They were very welcoming and kind. Derrick the agent who help us was amazing. Really knew how to do his job and help us out. He was extremely patient and kind. Goes to show you how well cricket trains their employees. Would recommend. If you guys ever need help ask for Derrick.

very patient and knowledgeable workers. I went in to get an upgrade with people ahead of me who were having issues and barely spoke english there was only one worker on shift but he was on top of handling there upgrades while still helping me and giving me all the information for my best upgrade he did an amazing job. I came to get groceries at market basket and was warmly welcomed and invited into the Ryan St Location by Mr Derrick. Omg he was so nice, and acknowledged me the while time and very professional. Just went in to add a line to my phone bill and Andrew was absolutely amazing! Very professional and fast. When I called in and ask the store how long it would take they told me about 25 minutes but I was in and out in about 10. He was very informative and polite! He needs a raise!!
