As always, I had a great shopping experience. Store associate Steve, was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient, as I purchased items for our small business. Neat and clean store, even after the Black Friday/Cyber Monday rush. Store had great deals and had organized , well-stocked shelves. I use Staples when I need to drop off my online orders returns for Amazon, Express Returns and Happy Returns (depending on the retailer) it is super easy, you just bring your return items unpacked and they scan the Q-code. Everyone who works there is friendly and helpful. Also you get a store coupon for $10 off $30 if you bring your return to Staples.

Friendly and helpful staff. I have only ever had good experiences at Staples. I’ve dropped in multiple times to use the computer kiosk to print something.

Tuesday, March 7 a Staples representative answered the phone and let me know the print manager was unavailable but asked if there was anything she could do to help or answer. I explained I was submitting an online print order and wanted to be sure the team would have time to print it on short notice. It was a small order but you never know. She and Andrew who fulfilled the order went above and beyond to keep a satisfied customer. Very grateful and appreciative. Thank you for always being my friendly, accommodating neighborly Staples!!

Great help and support in the purchase of our pc for our son heading off to college. Words can't express how grateful we are for the time, consideration and help provided. They helped find and meet online add deals for the MS office and McAfee software. Really enjoyed what I expected to be a stressful day. We will definitely be doing all college shopping here from now on.

I shopped this store today. I got a large pack of computer paper for $6.99 today. My elderly client was thrilled that I got it at such a good price and I earned reward points on my Staples card.

We had a rush job that we ordered online. We discovered an error on our end with one of our documents and the Print Center was very helpful. They advised us to reorder and even processed our ahead of our scheduled time in order for us to pick it up early for a presentation. We will use this print center again!

Nice store, Kelsey in the print shop is absolutely the best! She really knows her stuff and how to run this department. Her knowledge and willingness to help is what keeps me coming back to this store. Staples needs to do everything in their power to hire more people like her, that are kind. Knowledgeable and willing to greet each and every customer with a smile. It's because of Kelsey that I rate this store a 5 without her it's just another office supplies store!

Great pricing on printing. You send your file via e-mail and pay $0.12 per page to print. That’s it. And they are there to help you.

The UPS store down the street charges $2.50 to JUST use their computer plus $0.12 per page, even if you are printing a UPS label. Seriously!

My advice is to go to Staples where they charge fair prices AND are there to help you.

They were very helpful in answering my questions about printers. They didn't have the one I chose, but they ordered it for me on Friday for Tuesday delivery or pickup at the store.

They are fairly specific in what they carry. This store is always clean, bright & neatly stocked. Checking the Clearance shelves in b.c. back usually warrants some nice surprises!
