TOPS Friendly Markets

Was with my girlfriend and stopped at Deli for Charlie the butcher roast beef !la dy was very friendly and helpful! I also got weck rolls!

Great store, clean, well stocked and excellent customer service.

I'm going to give tops five stars because my amazing son works there. Please put your cart in the Corral and don't speed in the parking lot.

Never had any issues with tops there prices and deals never fail me I love shopping there.

Laura the cashier was very nice, kind and friendly to communicate with, I completely forgot I had to request a paper bag before checkout but checked my pockets anyway to pay for a bag Laura beat me to it and paid for a bag out of her pocket. That was very nice, thoughtful and professional of her.

I recommend shopping at Tops thruway plaza location and support this local business and if you’re lucky enough to have Laura as a cashier !

Although a great tragedy happened, I'm glad the store is back in service for the public. That's the best testimony ever!!!!!

I love this store. Very clean. The customer service is top notch. Over the years I have found everyone to be quite helpful. The attention to detail makes one feel comfortable during these times. Great selection of pasta.

Always clean and well organized. I didn't shop this time but visited Customer Service for Western UNION.
My wait was longer because I am from Illinois, and my ID was mistaken for a driver's license.

It's a grocery store so not much to mention, but it wasn't crowded, self serve was a breeze and they have an awesome selection of products, the fresh produce looked great and there was plenty of craft sodas and beers, and a prolific international aisle!

Back in the day, I use to buy sickly plants and the store would take into account that the plant wasnt looking to hot and they'd give me a discount. That was 25 yrs ago. Tonight I bought a little arrowhead that was looking pitiful and another customer said, "dont get that one its dead". I wanted it anyway cuz I thought it would come back. Get to the register and the manager let me have it for free. He said if you want to nurse it back to health, it's yours. That was very nice of him.

It's finally already always, in one any one place, it's every day, every just in case, you can reintroduced to the yes it is, and on the other hand, there's but one solution, I must bid you good day. Oh yeah, Tops is cool!

All the employees are nice and helpful especially if you need help and don’t know where to go or what to do

It's been remodeled and its beautiful, in especially impressed with the shopping carts and have a senser on them where it locks after a few feet from the store...people don't realize when they take a shopping cart for personal use the people who shop at that store has to pay for the cost of a new one...so I applaud them for doing that

Love this cause I can stop by the soup bar get some of their Buffalos Wing Soup not a fan of spicy food but this soup is the tasty right flavor so is their Beef Chili they have other food but I love those and you can even sit down in their little eat-in and then cash out go home or wherever and enjoy the rest of your day.

I bought the 4pc fried chicken cooked at 154pm today it was so good and crispy. I ate the rest at 520pm still crispy not salty. Great cook keep him!
