T-Mobile Authorized Retailer

Shout out to Jorge and Nate. I had an issue with porting my number from another carrier to T-Mobile. For two full hours the both assisted me in the numerous chats and different phone calls to move my number over. It was a long lunch break yet they worked the entire time to make me a customer. Whoever is their manager/supervisor listen to this. They both need a bonus/raise/promotion well honestly all 3. They are the shining example of customer service even without me purchasing anything from them. I will drive back to this location when I need a new phone or any phone accessory for life.

Joe and Nate went above and beyond to give me a little extra tech help with my phone a couple of months after I bought it and I am so grateful for their patience and quick help - they are smart guys and so willing to help! Thank you both!!

Signing up for something that you know nothing about can be very intimidating. However, Bree at the Dripping Springs Store quickly put my mind at ease and had everything completed in less than 30 minutes. Such a great experience! Bree patiently listened and addressed all of my concerns as if I were her only priority of the day. What a true professional and asset this young woman is to T-Mobile!! It’s a 50 mile drive for me but the customer service at the Dripping Springs Store is well worth it and will be my GO TO Store from now on. bk

I recently visited the store to set up wireless internet service. Noah was SUPER helpful in explaining my options. We encountered some technical problems associated with my recent move here but Noah was very diligent and persistent in chasing down a solution. Nathaniel was also a great help. With customer service like that I'll definitely be back to do more business with the Dripping Springs T-Mobile store. Thanks, Noah!

Top Notch Store! Breanna was great! SUPER friend and helpful. Love her personality so cute! 10 out 10 would recommend. She hooked me up with internet service that is SUPERBBBBB might I add. Better than AT&T and century link in my opinion! Will be back for an iPad!

Noah was super sweet when helping me pick out the right device that fit my needs. He really did guide the purchase. He asked me about my day and what I do for a living, and I felt like family! He made sure my needs were met and told me about all the benefits included. The accessories I was confused on, and he answered all of my questions. Really professional young man! Thank you. My experience with this store has been great on a few visits; the friction has been caused by the transition from Sprint for me and a family member. The manager, Bree, is very knowledgeable and was able to answer most questions (because who can figure out what the f'ing remnants of "Sprint" is doing).

Alexi, Nathaniel and the store manager Brianna? were all helpful and great with our switch from Sprint to T-Mobile. Thank you for the great service!

Stopped by TMobile Dripping Springs this afternoon about closing time. We’ve been with TMobile since it’s inception, but Spencer, Sales Assistant , went ABOVE and BEYOND to help me with IPhone issues .
