Such an amazingly helpful and personable set of employees I don't think I'll take my Cricket Wireless service anywhere else ever again

I had horrible experience at another store, I had just bought a phone. I went to this location and a gentleman (Wero) provided Excellent Customer Service and did what the other store said was impossible. He set my phone up & got it working. I went back to purchase a Case, a young man Carlos helped me to get a new case. The other store had messed that up also. Great Customer Service and know what they're doing. Thank you. I have to agree with Sunny Day. I hope the Mgr. at this location appreciates both of them.

GREAT Customer Service by CARLA !!! Her boss should give her a raise, in my opinion. Or ask her to teach good Customer Service skills to her co-workers. Was on the phone with a 1-800-Cricket rep for 25 mins...which was a total waste of time and left me frustrated. So I made the 30 minute drive from Green Valley to this Cricket store...and Carla fixed me up quick! Also, the other 2 times I've had to go to this location...I've had the good fortune of being helped by other good employees. I think there was a young guy named Manny, and Aura was also very good. I've been impressed by most of the folks at this location. There were a few guys that seemed kinda unfriendly...and uninterested in really helping. But have had good luck with the one's I mentioned. Be sure to ask for Carla, though. Might be worth it to schedule a time for when she is there! Thanks, Carla and Cricket!

I worked with the Manager Juan to get a phone that would work in my budget. He was very accommodating and found me an IPhone 7 at a very reasonable price. YOU ROCK. Thanks so much

Went to Ajo Way store first to get the 5 phones for $100 deal. I already had service and my friend was porting his phone over from Verizon along with 2 Ipads. Man there told us Ipads couldn't be added. I said I thought we should be able to purchase sim cards for them. He then said we could add them but would have to buy three phones and pay $25 activation fee for each phone. We left frustrated and came to W. Valencia store. They got us all squared away. We got 2 free phones, activated a hot spot, and got a total of 21GB of data for $10 more than we were paying for my original 5 GB plan with Cricket ($50) and my friend's 2 GB plan with Verizon ($70). Plus, now we have the 5th phone with 2.5 GB of data which I can give my sister, and her service is free after she purchases a $10 sim card. Icing on the cake, I got a credit on a future bill for getting my friend to switch over the iPhone and ipads to Cricket! The staff was friendly, patient and very knowledgeable. So very glad we came here! Thanks Guys!!
