AT&T Store

The sales rep who helped me set up my account was truly amazing. She is located at cross gates mall. I will never forget how she took the time to help me find the devices i wanted so bad She went wiay beyond what her job requires of her to do. She even was going to go to a different location and pick up the device for me because it was not in the store. I donr remember her name. But I'm sure you guys can see who my cells person was. She was truly amazing. And I thank her so much for everything. And honestly, she deserves more than 5 stars

Ollie was great! He was very personable and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend talking to him for any help you need with an iPhone.

Let me just start with saying i was in the store for roughly 3 hours, not a normal experience. I had many issues porting my number from another carrier and was taking advantage of their 1000$ trade in promo, issue after issue popped up and Savannah continued to make sure we got through them all, she took care of everything and got us all squared away! I would highly recommend the store and ill be back in the fall to do my other upgrades thank you so much!!!

Dontay is awesome!! Highly recommend seeing him. He has been the best customer service we've had at this location.

I am a past Verizon customer of over 20 years. I went to he AT&T store at cross gates frustrated and spoke with Savanah, Dontay and Juan. All three were patient knowledgeable and what most impressed me is they were truly a team. They worked together with everyone in the store including myself. Very patient with questions and thorough explaining everything. Excellent job to them.

We had a wonderful experience! Mac was extremely helpful and worked hard to make sure all our issues were resolved in a timely manner! He did an excellent job and answering any questions we had.

Mohammed was amazing. He helped me and my wife set up our new phones. Everything on our old phones is transferred to the new phones. Our new phones are amazing. His customer service was great the whole time there I felt comfortable and he really really knows what he’s doing. I recommend him.

Dontay assisted me at the crossgates location and he was very helpful pleasant. He helped me find exactly what I needed as I was a little indecisive in the beginning

Melinda at the AT&T Crossgates store was my associate today, she helped me set up a new account with AT&T. My fiancé is a first responder. She let us know there was a first responder discount, as well as a promotion with the new iPhone that I didn’t even think I could afford! She made sure everything went smoothly and I ended up walking out with a new phone service account for my family, a new phone, and a new case! She was kind, efficient, and attentive. MOST OF ALL: She was even okay with the fact that I had a cranky toddler in the store with me & she helped me set up a guided access stream of his favorite show on a phone so he would be calm and entertained while we completed the transactions. I truthfully couldn’t ask for more.

Savannah was very helpful and switched our phones from one account to another. My family and I are very happy. Mohammed is also very helpful and hooked us up on our previous visit

Viola helped me and my partner, and I can't say enough good things! She made the experience smooth and easy to switch services. Got us the best possible outcome, helped us choose phones and accessories, just went ABOVE AND BEYOND! Literally the whole experience was so great and AT&T is lucky to have such an amazing person working with them.

Brianna the young lady who assisted us was wonderful. She made our experience positive. This was the 4th att store we visited and was going to change carriers but she was marvelous and talked us out of it with all her knowledge and help

I had a very bad experience at the North Greenbush store. I was recommended going to the the Crossgates Mall store by K from the Latham branch.. After I explained my experience to De-J she went way behind the call of duty to make things right. With the help of her and Masood they took care of the issue I had with the North Greenbush store ( Which I highly DO NOT recommended to anyone )... Also gave me the phone wanted from the start... I would highly recommended anyone needing a phone, watch or iPad. Please go to the Crossgates Mall... nowhere else... More less they helped the company keep a new customer.... I tip my hat to De-J an her staff, I hope you guys have a very Merry Christmas... Thank you so very much, you turned a nightmare into a happy ending...

100% Customer Satisfaction. Melinda is the reason I conduct my cell phone business 40 miles away from where I live with closer stores available to me. She knows the products, knows AT&T's capabilities and most importantly she knows her customers! She's a keeper. She had Jason with her helping to make sure things went smoothly and to make sure that he could do everything that she was capable of doing for her customers. Win! I definitely referred her and Jason to my friends and family!!

Jason was able to upgrade us to a 5G plan with very little increase in cost. He is very knowledgeable, technically savvy, personable and customer service oriented. He made sure all our questions were answered and our phones were functioning properly before we left the store. Overall, a successful and satisfying experience.

I was looking to replace my iPhone, and my carrier was Verizon. I had walked into the Verizon store, asked if they had any specials and wanted to upgrade from an IPhone 7 Plus to an IPhone 11. I was told they had no specials I would have to pay the full price, and my monthly fee would go more. When I was walking out I saw the AT&T store across mall, and decided to talk to someone in there. I have several friends that have AT&T as their carrier and have been very pleased.

When I walked in the store, the manager, Jay, greeted me asking if he could be of help. I explain what I was looking for and he said they did have a Special on the iPhone 11, and that they had a purple one in stock. Wow! My favorite color! After asking some questions, discussing price and monthly fees. I couldn’t believe I would be paying about the same amount each month that I was paying Verizon, but price included the new phone same coverage, and insurance on the phone. Jay was very knowledgeable, and made the transition so easy to switch from Verizon to AT&T. What a very pleasant experience I had. Jay walked me through everything showing me the differences between the phones, and answered all my questions. I would recommend anyone who would like to make the switch just stop by and ask for Jay. He made my day and I’m certain he would make yours. 👍. Linda
